These petty arguments are just ridiculous. If you agree to a price for a good or service, pay the agreed upon price. If I start a business and hire another company to advertise for my company and my company fails to succeed, I still owe the advertisers the money that I agreed to pay them. The fact that my business failed has no bearing upon whether or not I’m responsible to pay my debts.

Quite a lot of companies will use an employee they already have, and since the picture taker isn't professional, and can only take so-so pictures, it's just done for free... That's too funny...
