For more context regarding all of the criticism she received from quitting Optavia: during that time, Amberlynn was pre-recording vlogs, and the content that was posted was almost TWO MONTHS behind. Not only did she shill for an MLM, claiming she did hours of research to make sure it was legitimate, but she actively promoted the program and uploaded the video, well over a month AFTER quitting. She could have easily added a disclaimer if she wanted to keep the Optavia content, or even compiled all three days of her Optavia journey as one video, showing the arc from start to finish. Instead, she strung along the Optavia content for weeks, knowing full well that she was sharing “progress” on a program she quit over a month prior. People were upset NOT ONLY because she quit yet another weight loss journey, but also because she was being completely deceptive (no surprise) by promoting the benefits of a questionable program that she herself never followed through with.

About a year ago my wife stumbled across this series and for some reason it really caught my attention and I became fascinated by ALR. It kinda made me take a look at some of my own excuses for why I had let my weight get out of control and I decided to not be like ALR and take control back. Well, almost a year later I'm down 93 lbs(I legit giggled to myself when I had lost 89lbs) and this series was something that I'd use to help me distract myself or keep me motivated. So thank you so much @Mr Snowflake, between this and the Del Ray Misfits, it's really helped keep my fitness in focus.

i started watching amber around 2019 and nothing, i mean NOTHING has haunted me like the image of her inhaling a quarter of a potato and not even being able to close her mouth all the way. it just gave me the chills.

This is by far the best episode yet. The vitriol coming from his voice creeping in, he encapsulates what most people feel. Starting compassionate and a bit perplexed to annoyed and disgusted. Mr snowflake is all of us.

It will never not disgust me how Amber really thought the way she treated Becky was okay. Even before the live streams, she would film, edit and post herself being so cruel to Becky constantly.

These videos have helped me reflect on my own emotional eating problems. Seeing how far someone can slip down the path of addiction.

As it is for many, this is the timeframe where I've found Amber. It's been a wild ride up until this point and knowing it only gets worse going forward gives me a weird sense of schadenfreude now that I'm learning she's always been a bad person.

I’m glad this one came out at the time it did. It really shows how much Amber had Becky doing everything for her and she was rude and ungrateful for it. I hope Becky watches this and really remembers how bad she was treated by ALR.

I found this series in Jan last year, after episode 3 came out. I had decided I need to do something about my weight after gaining 10lbs in a month and had just hit 200lbs. Now, a year and a half later, I'm over 50lbs down and the lightest I've been since university! Even when I wasnt losing weight, I was maintaining or gaining muscle by making the necessary lifestyle changes. I genuinely owe it all to this series keeping me motivated! I'd tried to lose weight dozens of times in the past but this woman made me see the excuses I was making and how it could spiral. Thanks Snowflake (and Jimmy) for your quality uploads! ❄️

The aggravation I have of her throwing out all those cliff bars or what ever they were claiming they were "*expired*" and "*bad*".... NOT THEY WEREN'T!! Food like that doesn't *expire* - Foods like cream, meat, yogurt etc etc *expire*. Cliff bars would just have a "best before date". Food that has expiration dates is information *not* to consume the food after that date because it can potentially harm you - Make you sick, cause illness or worse. It's foods that will rot or produce harmful bacteria when left for too long. She supposedly has a 140 IQ and she doesn't know the difference between what an expiration date is and a best before date is and what they mean!!! Foods that have best before dates means that it is still fine to eat after that date, there is nothing in there that will harm you, but it just will not be at it's "best" after that date - hence it being called a "best before date".... I've eaten chocolate and cereal bars and stuff like that after the best before date and it's fine - you can't even taste any difference. I pay zero attention to best before dates (with in reason - if it's 6 years past, then yeah, okay I wouldn't eat it!) But the food is not "mouldy" or "bad" (provided it's been sealed properly and remained sealed or stored well e.g an opened pack of biscuits/cookies being put in an air tight container) It's fine to eat!! (Again, obviously it's with in reason with the best before dates - if you find something saying "best before Oct 2015" like yeah... throw that out... But something like a cliff bar just a few months past it's best before date is totally *fine* to eat... It's not "expired" and it's not going to potentially make you ill if you eat it.... There's no ingredients in a cliff bar that expire!! Amber is so f*cking wasteful!!) Many food items in the UK no longer even have best before dates on them (that's how unimportant they are) to avoid food waste because, people like Amber do exactly this - See the item is past the date by just a little bit and throw it out believing it has "expired" and it's too "bad" to consume or it has gone "off" so will be harmful to eat... When it's fine.

25:38 you're putting up the stats for a UTI which is great because this is how a bladder infection starts. What happens is that you get the UTI, and it usually doesn't go past that stage for most because they'll immediately notice burning when they pee, irritation, itching, etc. It becomes a bladder infection when you leave it untreated and the infection moves from the urethra into the bladder. It is significantly more dangerous once this happens. Edit: just to add, if you don't take care of the bladder infection, it travels up the ureters and becomes a kidney infection.
