Works...I did my first one July 2019. I was broke, depressed, in a horrible relationship. I put quite a few things on there a Jeep wrangler, European travel, be happy and peaceful quotes. Long story short, I started a successful business and....My Jeep is in my driveway, my trip to Italy is booked, I'm so happy too!! Start your vision boards people and go for it!

Listen: I saw your video last year when I was in my darkest moment of life. I remember feeling inspired and motivated for the first time in YEARS. I remember printing a bunch of images and gluing them on this board and I remember I couldn’t even see through my tears. I just wanted to feel hope again for my life. I taped stuff that seemed so weird and out of reach. Nothing big like a Mercedes or a penthouse or a puppy. Stuff like: make new friends, start selling my art, build a healthy relationship with my body and food etc. There was a couple times I’d see my board and feel defeated bc I didn’t make any progress. Well everyday I saw that board and I just woke up one day and started working for it. I reflected about this on the last day of the year and realized I had crossed everything off the board. I’m running a bit behind schedule with the new year and a new board bc I’m moving soon but I’m so excited to make a new board.
