I love the sounds as I am laying in my bed with my eyes closed. I imagine that I am homeless and I have found an empty building to shield me from the elements. I then have a nice feeling come over me and a sense that tells me everything will be ok. It is like the feeling you have when you are a child and a thunderstorm scares youband when your mother puts her arms around you and cuddles you, you have a nice warm fuzzy feeling that tells you everything is ok now. Before I know it - I am asleep. I hope that you, the person reading this, experiences the same and has a long, deep, refreshing sleep and wake up feeling fully charged and ready for anything. May all my fellow insomniacs enjoy a good night's sleep and may good fortune be yours all day.

One of my favorite sounds. I love wind rain,thunder and lightening. It calms my racing thoughts. I've always preferred dark, overcast skies. I'm mire of an introvert,and prefer books over engaging with most people.

This is my go to. My husband comes home very late from work. 1 sometimes 2 in the morning. I stay up to greet him. After he showers and come to bed he's snoring within seconds. I on the other hand is now unable to sleep. As you can see at the time of this comment. But once I hook up this sound on my ear phones I'm sleeping within minutes. Thank you. Finally asleep.💤
