9:04 If you're overweight and worried about going to the gym, PLEASE keep this in mind. Half the people in the gym have been in your shoes. They know how hard it is and what you're going through to even walk through that door, and the anxiety that it causes. I can guarantee that, at worst, 95% of the people in there are cheering for you and respect you. I like seeing people taking steps to better themselves, and that's what everyone is there to do.

She won't lose weight with her poor attitude and mentality. She needs to take a hiatus off the show, as they're incentivised for keeping her big and dramatic, and really seek out some therapy, then perhaps a life and nutrition coach. She cannot do it on her own, because this is all she's ever known, she doesn't know how to live life differently. I'm surprised she's made it this far, as dark as that sounds, but her quality of life is so poor, because she is trapped inside a prison of her own making.

I'm a fat person and honestly guys: No matter how healthy you might be despite your weight, it still puts you more at risk of some unfortunate health conditions, and puts a lot of strain on your muscles and bones. Also ignoring the "chubby chaser" exceptions, there's a reason a lot of people don't find excessive fat attractive. It's pretty normal to be attracted to something that you subconsciously perceive as "healthy", that's natural selection at its core. You don't need to be a Victoria's Secret model to be hot either, most people are less likely to be attracted to the extremes anyway.

I don't see how they don't feel bad. I'm 6' 250lbs, and at times I feel bas. I usually feel crappy and tired, with my heart in pain. It started two years ago, when I was 200 lbs, and working out 5 days a week. When I eat unhealthy things, is when I start feeling bad. I don't understand how people get so huge, and never get a wake up call via how they feel. I had covid, and it got intense for a few days. That's the way I feel, maybe even worse. Heart pain, headache, weaknrss, dizziness, confusion, struggle breathing, etc.

I completely agree with what you said about pansexuality! Makes noooooo sense, it's just bisexuality. I've even asked multiple friends and people I know who identify as pansexual, what the difference is between that and bisexuality, and none of them have ever been able to give me a clear answer. I'm all for letting people do what they wanna do and I'm pretty dang liberal, but come on.
@jacintabaker3044
@jacintabaker3044 2 жыл бұрын
I definitely get where your confusion is coming from with the whole pansexuality thing, it took me a while to work it out too. But I think the biggest difference is that the standard definition of bisexuality is generally referring to being attracted to two different genders (bi = 2), whereas pansexuality is more broad than that. It isn't dependent on gender at all as a prerequisite and it includes people who are non-binary, genderfluid, etc. At least that's my understanding. I don't identify as either one, so I'm not the most qualified person to give definitions, but hopefully this makes a bit of sense.
@sianais
@sianais 2 жыл бұрын
@Jacinta Baker But at the end of the day, it's a sexuality, meaning it defining an attraction to a body and it's parts not what the owner of that body perceives themselves to be, so bisexuality covers the attraction to both male or female parts and everything else is basically a preference like height, weight, feminity of masculinity. A guy into guys would never be into a female body regardless of gender, and a genderfluid masculine presenting female being only into genderfluid masculine females is still a lesbian. A guy only into genderfluid females is still straight. Divorcing sex from sexuality makes sexuality meaningless and will result in unnecessary confusion. Unless someone medically transitions, their gender cannot define their sexuality.

@@jacintabaker3044 Actually... this is a really helpful explanation, so thank you!! Any time someone has tried to explain it to me and how it differs from bisexuality, they always say things like, "well pansexual people are also attracted to transgender folks, etc." But in my head, I'm like, we're operating with the understanding that transgender men and women are MEN and WOMEN, so they're not some OTHER gender, and therefore being attracted to men, women, and trans men and women is just bisexuality too. At least in my mind. But the way you put it, to include non-binary and genderfluid, and (fill in the blank), is actually pretty helpful. I don't pretend to understand all the different genders and sexualities that have come out of the woodwork in the past 10ish years, but pansexuality in particular has always really stumped me. I'm still not sure I completely get it, but your explanation so far has been the most telling to me, out of all the people I've ever had explain it to me 😊

We were always LGBT. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender. It covers the sexualities. If you're pansexual then you're attracted to both genders regardless of what they identify as but you still have male or female parts regardless. Bisexuality covers that. Since the gender nonsense started, they also started with dozens of different sexualities. Just because they have to be different and special and have to have a label that they identify as, instead of the norm of male or female, LGBT or heterosexuality etc. This is what happens when everyone gets a trophy.

Body positivity is actually killing people. Now I'm not saying we should viciously mock them, but sometimes bullies get results.
