Look at Florida's new super tall skyscraper the Waldorf Astoria in Miami, it will tower 500 feet over everything and completely dawrf everything around it! A 1000+ feet and precariously built upon an actively sinking sandbar in the heart of Hurricane alley! These developers have really lost their minds!

I don't see the Oklahoma city becoming a thing. Back when the Devon tower was built, they had to scale it down like 30% because it would have been so much bigger that the existing skyline. Not to mention the concerns about creating that much empty offices.

Highly doubt it will sell for $295 million. Even subdivided by 7 lots is still higher than Indian Creek in Miami...And Miami is way more expensive and scarce than Naples. My guess is $120 million :)

Nope! Mainly they look at whether you actively, and proficiently use the credit you have already been approved for previously over the last decade.... And if YES! You actively spend using your open lines of credit and ALWAYS PAY IT BACK quickly and ON TIME and NEVER JUST paying the minimum repayment requirements... But actually using, and then immidiately satisfying all creditors you are currently indebted too is your best leverage when working with financiers... Anyone can have a good score... But do you actually use your available credit, to not only benefit and build your portfolio but also satisfy the creditors in such a timely fashion that you are invaluable to them as a customer.... That's the real key! I would strongly suggest that everyone pay all of their bills using their credit card and then take the cash that they were going to use to pay their bills and immediately pay off their credit card. Doing this will add two entries to the credit reporting agencies every month! One entry for your using your credit card and actively using your line of credit, another entry for your bill being paid, usually receiving a discount for having auto pay set up and because you're using a credit card this will ensure that your bills are always paid on time... Show creditors your the perfect ideal card holder and client, and doubly boost your overall score pretty rapidly.... Creditors love people that ride out only paying their minimums, but those customers that pay it completely off and quickly are there cash cows and true money makers for them... The persons only paying their minimums are still costing the creditors every month.... it's 2024 if you haven't become hip to paying all your bills with a credit card and buying everything with a credit card then where have you been for the last 10 years sleeping under a rock everyone knows you don't pay cash for anything because you can't demand a chargeback for a cash purchase, or have a proper legal money trail that's essily obtainable for all your assets and purchases, but a highly valued credit card customer will get refunded for anything they make a claim on instantly, just to keep you, and your accounts active with their company! Credit card companies also have the best attorneys and easiest process if you ever have any purchase disputes or anyone questioning your financial portfolio and or your legitimacy .... Take my advice! It is free

The Trump one annoys me the most because it affects me. I live and die by "trust but verify". Banks have never accepted what I said, they do their own evaluations and protect their own interest. If I give my own evaluation it is only to make it easier for them to sort through my assets.

These lavish projects are merely tax free wealth storage lockers for the rich... They get breaks for new construction and building green, the tenants get right offs and low property taxes guaranteed for years after construction has ended, and the rich can store their wealth in assets that they can borrow/levy against and these assets usually only increase in value, never depreciating, if they own their properties for more than 2 years then when/if they ever do sale, they are guaranteed to do so and also bypass any capital gain taxes that most of us would have to pay for the same assets... Most will places their Million dollar condos into trusts when they pass so their families as a whole, can borrow and levy against the trust that holds their assets and be able to do so without having to pay back any interest or any capital gain or income taxing for the properties! Most of the time they don't ever actually pay back the loans they take out on the trusts anyways, and it's perfectly legal for them to do so, and unless the trust wanted to go after a defaulting aire, said aire would never have to satisfy the debt until the trust either sold the asset or if the entire fund had somehow bankrupt! And even then the Aires of the estate would just file bankruptcy and still not be liable to pay what they borrowed back, opting usually to liquidate the asset, the always appreciating in value highly desirable asset that will always cover any debts in question if it were to be seized ....

They borrow against their accrued and severely inflated assets, and use this credit to finance their lives of luxury and privilege ... Trump has been a poster boy for this esthetic and privileged fallacy of fabricated financial success ..... Keep in mind his name is on buildings he didn't build, nor had any hand, at ALL! in their creations... Those aren't his buildings, just his name on top of them, becuase his name has always been associated with wealth and status and financial prosperity ! Any developer would love to put his name in giant letters on their projects.... It's like a guarantee for longterm success and familiar ease and publicity for their project! Trump has a way with getting shit done and navigating the legal system and the bureaucratic nightmare that is getting all the approvals required for building their projects in the first place... He is merely a brand deal for their collective tax free government backed and protected never depreciating liquid asset that is always going to hold or maintain it's overly inflated value.... And did I mention it's usually untaxable wealth that they freely levy against and with for guaranteed financial success?

Lets say Trump says property X is worth $1 million. The bank says it is worth $1/2 million. They haggle and agree on $750,000. So was there a crime? What is the true value of the property? Why does the law care what Trump and a bank agree on? We don't have a wealth tax, so why does the government care what your property is worth outside of when it is sold? It is so odd.

I think you forgot to mention how the judge and prosecutor undervalued Trump’s property in Mar Largo by at least x50, banks do their own due diligence on client’s asserts claims and they’re we very happy with the loan and there were no victims and oh yes no crime. I guess find the man then find the crime.

To avoid paying extremely high taxes, court documents show (1) That Trump listed Mar a Lago as a Country Club-- not a private home-- to avoid paying 10s of millions in taxes. (2) The judge did not appraise Mar a Lago. Palm Beach County appraised Mar a Lago between 18 - 27 million dollars, because it's listed by the owner (Trump) as a BUSINESS! So, it's Trump who INTENTIONALLY devalued his own property to avoid paying his fair share of taxes. However, when he wanted a bank loan, the physical evidence shows that he would call Mar a Lago a home and blow up the real value of the property to get a substantial loan. In the United States that strategy is called FRAUD! These rules have been in place for DECADES-- even before Trump was president. We live in the United States. We are not going to change or bend the rules of this country for one person.

@@yolandagibson8154 Are you serious? County evaluations are not considered by banks. That's why even on basic mortgages, you are responsible for paying for the bank's appraisal. In any loan(not just mortgages) in the US, you are going to be required to appraise the assets through a third party by either Dodd Frank or even just fiduciary duty. Businesses aren't going to lend 100k without verifying asset value, what makes you think they will lend 200M.
