My all-time favorite film and one of my top ten of all time. I know so many people who refuse to believe me that this is a great movie. The Last Unicorn will always hold a really special spot in my heart!

my art history teacher showed my class a tapesitry called "Hunt of the Unicorn", and I realized it (along with other tapestries in the series) is used in the opening credits for "The Last Unicorn". It made me think about this song

So in love with this song, everytime I listen to it I am transported back to being about 5 years old.

Getting old is kind of sad... When I am listening to childhood songs like that I am happy and getting chills... But I also could cry and I wish that I would be a little child again. My childhood was great thank you mum.

I have always loved the band America, I used to play their songs in the morning as I got ready for school it was only recently did I realize they did the music and songs for the Last Unicorn, one of Rankin Bass's greatest animated features and one of my favourite old time movies. the music really made the piece so much better especially this amazing intro song, really sets up a world of magic and unicorns in my mind, I watch this movie a lot, makes me feel like I've come home again after a trip.
