If I remember that episode correctly that old guy was a s.o.b. to Roger old lady persona(she was the one who threw her late husband ashes into ocean and said something dark afterwards) so he get payback by being a younger/healther old man and reaveled old guy has a colonoscopy bag which is designed to look like a fanny pack

13:40 I think final clip you guys cut it off at was a scene where Roger was hitting on people in a resort designated for retired senior citizens. I think it’s implied that guy had a colostomy bag or something similar. Joe from Family Guy is stated to have a similar medical appliance too. Roger will play THAT dirty.

7:27 reminds me of the arifureta web novel I was reading when yue was in her adult form her beauty caused so much destruction I was laughing from the unexpectedness of it all. Just women slapping their husband's because they were looking, bicycle accidents, car accidents, and people gathering wondering who TF is her husband as she was walking to said husband that was sitting on a bench while all that was caused simply from her walking to him because they decided to meet up somewhere.
