Murder House was nominated for 17 Emmys including Outstanding Miniseries or Movie. Jessica Lange (Constance) won Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Movie. Also nominated were Frances Conroy (Older Moira; supp. actress), Connie Britton (Vivien; lead actress), & Denis O’Hare (Larry; supp. actor).

Subscribed and can't wait for more! While I wouldn't recommend jumping around watching there are some seasons that have major split opinions, if you really can't watch one or aren't getting enough engagement you might want to consider skipping a season rather than stopping completely. Yes there is some interaction with certain seasons but its not enough that you couldn't miss one or two if you needed to.

before i finish the video i just wanna say if you enjoy this show, i think you’ll like mike flannigan’s shows (i think that’s this name) bc haunting of hill house and haunting of bly manor are so good. not exactly the same as AHS ofc, and thank god, bc i eventually stopped watching this show bc of how frequently SA is used as a plot/horror device. hill house and bly manor are shows that are really about personal relationships and trauma, and ESPECIALLY grief. i watched hill house after my mom died and it was so cathartic. even if you haven’t experienced grief it’s a really poignant show with way tighter story telling! not that AHS doesn’t also tell good stories, there’s usually just A LOT going on in this show so it can be more overstimulating.

@@jorgegomes4005 So far I've only completed: Murder House Cult Apocalypse 1984 Asylum: I've only seen the 1st episode Coven: Only 2 maybe 3 episodes? Roanoke: Attempted to watch but fell asleep Freakshow: 1 episode (my dad tried watching it with me and turned it off because of how sexual it was) Haven't seen anything else. Emma Roberts being in a lot of it just kills it for me. And the fact that I had to sneak and watch a lot of it because of the sexual stuff made it difficult for me to try watching it. You don't have to read the rest of this if you don't want: My parents are the type that make us close our eyes and fast-forward sex scenes even though we are more than old enough to watch them. We couldn't watch a lot of comedy films growing up because of the inappropriate jokes in them either. When we used to get movies from the library they would have to preview it first and they'd return it immediately if we weren't allowed to watch it. I get it from a parental standpoint, but It's annoying especially as we've gotten older. I'm in my early 30's and my sibling is older, and they STILL do it... I'm allowed to watch horror though because those scenes usually get cut off with a death, go figure lol

Aw hell yea, another guy reacting to AHS.. i absolutely love this show.. season 10 gets a little shitty, 11 was better than 10.. and the newest, 12, just ended yesterday, and most opinions seem to hate it, but i must be weird cause i actually liked it, after rewatching Asylum, season 2, is my favorite season, and Coven, season 3, tends to be the other favorited season.. its very much Dark Horror Vs Campy Horror
