We go on a commercial lobster boat to pull traps for American Lobster! We catch hundreds, but could only keep about 80 that were of legal size and didn't have eggs. We get a little glimpse of the work that goes into catching these lobsters that make it into restaurants and stores! American lobsters (Maine lobsters) have large claws, we used the meat from the claws to make Bang Bang Lobster rolls! They were delicious!! We were in the Cape Cod Bay in Massachusetts!
