Back when I was a kid those leather balls (Mikasa) were hard and playing barefoot was savage but with time and new tech now they feel pretty spft so hitting them with the head doesn't hurt. To do a bycicle kick effectively, you have to learn how to fall and trust me, you'll hurt yourself a couple of times while trying. Finally, Cristiano comes from a very humble background and his upbringing is very inspiring. His mom and dad (he passed away early in his life) did everything to help him achieve his dream but due to their lack of money, his mom even considered to abort him, it's hard but now he thanks her everyday for bringing him to this world.
