The 3. Meme with the craftmansship is a joke based on an older german comercial for a sausage called "Deutschlänger" (translates to "Germans") where the trainee asks his Master why the "Deutschländer" are called "Deutschlander" and Master explaines that they have the best of all German sausages and listens them up. So the joke only works if you know the comercial and the orriginal text this is based on.

If a car wants to turn right there is the possability that they might run over a bike or force them to brake. By having their lights go green first, the byciclers can cross the streets more safely. The only issue: people from Berlin call them Pfannkuchen, which already is the German word for Pancakes, which makes no sense to anyone else. Pfannkuchen, Berliner and Krapfen are the same thing, (in this context). But they are called differently in diffrent Regions. In my Region they are called "Fastnachtkügelchen" ("fastnachtkischelsche").

"Schwuchtel" is a homophobic slur. The hydra meme right after was about three names for meatballs in different localizations, with one of them being just stupid. (The Krapfen/Berliner/Pfannkuchen is the same thing but this one makes more sense since Pfannkuchen is also the name for a kinda thin pancake which is used in the rest of germany.) In Berlin it is called "Berliner Pfannkuchen" or "Pfannkuchen" for short. Outside of our capital city, people actually say "Berliner" everywhere. Only in the south of Germany it is known as "Krapfen". but they all basically mean the same thing.
