As you may remember from my part one video, I completely screwed up and lost the footage of me trying the American snack foods that Madison sent me. So, for my part two, I have used these snack items to create a variety of dishes for a mukbang! (Read on for the recipes and products featured in the video.)

RECIPES/FOOD IN THE VIDEO
VEGAN MAC & CHEESE
This recipe tinyurl.com/ybzvrlps mixed with macaroni pasta (the dried kind from the supermarket which is egg free).
POTATO GEMS (TATER TOTS)
You can get these from the frozen section of Aldi Australia. I covered half with the Tajin Clasico Seasoning shown in the video.
VEGAN FRITO PIE
First layer: Fritos corn chips.
Second layer: vegan chilli. Funky Fields plant mince (from Woolworths) cooked with fried onion, taco seasoning, canned tomato and kidney beans.
Top layer: vegan cheese. Bio brand cheddar style shreds (from Woolworths).
Bake pie until heated through and vegan cheese has melted.
Top with fresh white onion.
VEGAN TACO SALAD
Mix together all of these ingredients: vegan mince (same chilli mix from the Frito pie, just with less tomato so it's drier), lettuce, tomato, red onion, green onion, corn, vegan cheese (same as above), black beans and Doritos sweet chilli corn chips.
Top with Catalina dressing. This recipe tinyurl.com/smtxm9x using the Whataburger ketchup. (Note, I used an anchovy free Worcestershire sauce from Aldi.)
Top with vegan sour cream. The cashew cream from this recipe tinyurl.com/uabk3bp (minus the cilantro).
VEGAN CHEESECAKE
Crust: crushed cinnamon crunch cereal (Cascadian Farm brand, shown in the video) mixed with vegan butter (Nuttelex).

Refrigerate until set. Eat straight from the fridge or it may melt if the weather is hot.
