Cone drills are always important. From there you’ll be able to implement mobility and rhythm on the field. Don’t overwork yourself obviously. Just rinse and repeat. Footwork, ball drills, and then do some pickup games. Just focus on being quick with your touches, passes and turns during the pickup games until you get comfortable. Afterwards, focus on scanning the field.
