Fabulous these Philips engineers, but where's the humidifier in the devices ??? What is this 2nd bag for if there is already one in the front ?? I couldn't understand how to switch to NIGHT MODE, what is the flow that we should select ??? US $ 3,600 is very expensive for us Brazilians!

You need to have an oxygen Analyzer the unit doesn’t give you a reading...

Hi , can you please tell me how much time it will take to charge from zero to 100 % while the machine is connected to car charger and is on . mean time for battery to charge wile the machine is on.

It usually takes around 2-3 hours to charge the SimplyGo battery. When using it, charging time depends on the oxygen flow. Higher the output, higher the charging time.

Suggest you buy a spare battery and a charging station and always have a spare. Batteries do charge up while plugged into a wall, and breaks even on in the car.

The unit I have keeps power cycling. I battery is charged 75-100%. Plugged in and the power box has a green light. Any troubleshooting tips? It seems that once the condenser actually starts after pushing the button for the second time it turns off and power cycles on again.

Does the unit charge the battery while in either of the external power modes? How does the user assure themself of the battery V level? If you had a second battery, how does user assure themself of it V level when inserting or changing batteries? Nice presentation, missed any charger in stuff you put in bag. Thanks. In the market.

Hi Shag, yes when you connect the SimplyGo to either AC or DC power the battery will charge and you can use it at the same time! The display on the machine will also let you know how much battery life the battery currently holds and when you replace or change the battery, the indicator will update automatically. Hi, reading instructions it says you can use it plugged in with out the battery on iy. But if power shuts off the units alarms won't work cause of no battery. This way you don't overcharge the battery.

It could be because of a technical error. Check the display for any alert symbols to troubleshoot. Also try hard restart by turning the unit off, removing the battery, plugging from wall outlet and letting the unit sit for 10 minutes. Then turn the unit on as regular.

To run the device using DC power from an automobile or other motorized vehicle, make sure the battery is installed.

You can run the machine without battery and directly from wall outlet. However, it's highly recommended to have a battery installed when using the unit.

I think the question is, can you charge the battery without the machine running? For instance, when you have more than one battery for traveling and you want to get them all charged up - one at night, while sleeping, but can you keep it plugged in at a hotel with a second battery and have it charged while it's off and you're out touring, or working? @@Oxygenconcentratorstore

It comes with a over-the-shoulder carrying case and a rolling cart. However, a backpack is not available for this unit.

I keep getting error messages "02" and "a triangle with an apostrophe" every time I run my machine. I hit the cancel button twice but it comes back to wake me up again. Where is the particle filter and can I change it?

What is pulse mode ?

ankit mathur pulse mode is based on your breathing rate. Every time a patient inhales through their nasal cannula the machine sends a pulse of oxygen up their nasal cavity. A simply go POC has the option of either 2 liters continuous flow or 6 liters pulse flow. Most POC’s ate pulse flow only larger POC’s like the Simply go, Independence, Eclipse 5 etc have a continuous mode due to a larger internal design. Small POC’s like a Oxygo or a Freestyle Comfort are strictly pulse mode.

This product is super expensive here in India. It's as high as $2650 to $2800. I bought an Chinese alternative with overall cost of $500. Philips should work on pricing

It’s heavier it’s louder and uses up the battery quicker but again but it is the only one you can use at night to sleep I wish I had one I get a prescription from my Dr and Medicare and United Healthcare won’t cover it so I have to keep wishing for one how sad😜

worst concentrater i've tried twice as loud twice as heavy and a brand new fully charged battery gives me 30 mins to 45 mins. wish my insurance still carried the other types

I bought the SimplyGo in April 2022 and it stopped working by August 2022, on only minimal use to just keep it in working condition. No spare parts are available from authorized dealers or service centers also. So if you want a disposable unit for few months with no guarantee of reliability, go ahead and buy this machine. Philips is having significant dangerous issues with the BiPAP and CPAP machines also, which the sellers don't bother to inform the customers. Falling standards I would say. PS: finally got it repaired by the authorized dealer in Dec2022. by God's grace no adversity happened in this period of unusability.
