The thing with Ricky is that he adopts an offensive persona as part of his act. He's spoken about it, and unfortunately some people assume that he is actually like that when he's not. Love him, he's bright and pushes the envelope.

If you think he's 'shitting on women' in any part of this video, as you implied he was, you've completely missed the point of that particular joke or anecdote. He's satirising attitudes towards women, in virtually every part of this video. He also makes tongue-in-cheek piss-takes of particular women but it's not because they're women. He does exactly the same thing with famous men and with those somewhere inbetween. :)
