Slime's farts really are the perfect outtro to any video. You physically want to leave the situation whenever it happens, even virtually when you can't smell (or taste) it. But they are also really funny.

What goes on in the bread for all these items is that they use a tangzhong. It’s a special mixture of water and flour that’s heated and stirred for a while to make a paste like substance that helps increase fluffiness and springiness of the bread they make. I’m not sure if that goes for all bread over there but I know it’s definitely a thing they do in Japan

as a Canadian I'll weigh in. I honestly think US McDonalds individual items are better but the Canadian available options are better. But also it's McD's, it's gonna all be basically the same but slightly different. But the Jr Chicken which I believe is not on the US menu, easily the best item at McDs.

They should add peanut butter, chia seed, and cookie butter rice cakes to their menu

I find it funny how basically everything with a patty they said it's 'like American version but the meat is less gross' and the Japanese version almost certainly uses less artificial garbage, so all the extra flavourings and stuff added to the American version are actually making it worse tasting.

It does look alot less greasy don't know if its just difference in beef. Like most stuff you get in american McDs has some juice coming out it might just be the pure bread diff maybe their bread just holds together and soaks more so those juices don't get everywhere. But it does almost look healthier/cleaner given the fact its not messy, though still looks like manufactured food for the masses. Some of the ideas I feel like could work but they for some reason seem to take a very basic approach, like plain corn or the side with mini-pancakes could probably do wonders with just a little something added to it but it feels like they're shooting for an almost completely automatable service set up with no cooks period cause even the sauces added feels like a machine pasted that stuff on 2 squirts no more no less. I'd be curious to see if maybe they just got a bad mcdonalds since even in america the service quality of fast food joints fluctuates ALOT. You can have amazing stuff from one place and horrible stuff at the next, still the same ingredients just whoever is prepping clearly is either good or bad at it. Especially since they said the terriaki chicken sandwhich was suppose to be a big item.

I agree with Slime, you need to have a balance between the meat to bun ratio, even if the bread is super good. Like Ludwig said, the squishy bread soaking up the sauce and dissolving into the burger makes it easier to consume and in a multi bread teir burger is better than a thick bread that holds it's integrity and doesn't soak up the sauce as well.

The thing with japanese food is that when you are so oversaturated from sugar and salt that gets pumped daily into you in the west, their food may taste a little bland. But if your tastebuds have calmed down from the yearlong abuse after a while it will all taste completely different.

the reason why they messed up with the big mac would probably because the grease. They dried the patty so good that there's no grease leaking from the patty that the buns weren't absorbing any grease at all. Cuz what makes the patty so delicious was the seasoning on the patty and it all went away as they dried the grease. Therefor, because there's no grease leaking and the buns didn't get flavored, it just turned into a plain old burger patty. So its either too dry, or they don't use enough grease and seasoning. I think it's the former, and the fact that they used less seasoning, that's why it tastes different but could've been wrong
