I'm a American citizen who lives in Germany more then 10 Years and we definitely have more choices of food at McDonalds then you guys do in the U.S. Remember France 🇫🇷 and Germany 🇩🇪 are neighbors.

You need to ask for straws, the caps are close to the juice machines. The Lipton you will find it in fresh tea version or juice version. Probably France is taking longer to implement the no smoking laws but every where in Europe that I know this is implemented. You can only smoke outside a facility on a smoking area. I know on the street people smoke freely
