Hindus don't worship idols or god instead they worship the deity through idols only after giving it divinity by doing "pran pratista", Hindus accept many ways to realize reality and one of them is to invoke spiritual realization by surrendering ego through deities to become bhrama but there are many other darshans & practices as well . It's unbelievable that for Brihadeswar temple such heavy granite objects were moved at top where there is no nearby granite at all, here during noon no shadow fall on ground. There are various darshans and deities for different types of individuals ,some don't require diety for concentration but many non focused people require support . To reach this true self or eternal happiness a devotee concentrates & surrenders to diety & removes all falsified identifications by disciplined devotion. Hymns and mantras as well as temple combines elements in such a way to reverberate positive life energies and create pleasant atmosphere to experience divine . It looks impossible to carve a temple out of mountain that too with so much precision ,as to make kailas temple there were no space for mistakes for generating output of such unimaginable precision and nobody knows today how and where 400000 tones of rock was removed . With centuries of destruction, loot and attacks , most of the knowledge is lost due to which its even impossible for anyone to think of creating some of these mysterious structures today. A lot of magnificent knowledge is just lost but one mustn't stop trying to seek truth.

PK is not tipsy but drunk.It literally means 'had drink' written as 'Pee kay' but sounds like PK that's why they named the movie like that , tipsy is just to translate it well in English. Also the doctor thing relates to the name as Dr d melo(Christian name) he was told to go to church.

This movie can easily show the religious diversity of Indian society ("societies" may I say). There are zoroastrians, hindus, muslims, christians, jains, sikhs, buddhists and all their sects living here since centuries. For example the self flagellation is done by Shia muslims, the big statue that was being bathed with milk was of lord Mahavira Jain There's also animism which is often mixed with traits of other religions and stuff gets all jumpled when castes, subcastes and subcultures are taken into the picture. I can 100% say not even a well read Indian will be able to understand the country wholly Nice reaction btw :)

@@LifeAlmostWithoutus No Sushant didn't commit suicide. He was murdered and the Suicide Story was a coverup. There was a huge call for boycotting of Bollywood movies by the Indian audience at that point in time. You can check this up on the internet. Sushant ethics didn't allow him to watch the wrong doings happening in Bollywood and he decided to stand against them. Since he didn't have a Godfather in the film industry, he had no one to protect him and eventually he payed the price with his life. He was extremely talented, very hardworking and above all a Pure Soul. I would suggest you to take some time and read about him.

This is one of the best movies made across industries... not just Indian cinema. Ideally should be an eye-opener against Blind Faith, Blind Belief & All the Religions that exist and have existed and to come into existence. Awesome movie.... much needed for the gullible masses in India and across the world, who blindly believe in the supernatural without verifying the veracity of the claims that these religions make!

such baba/guru culture is real in India, and for every religiion, this movie is super relatable to indian audience that's why people laughed and enjoyed more in india, all the sentiments towards reliigion are so on point, the dialogues and screenplay is mind blowing, also the indian media shown is also accurate we indians can take pride in lot of things but can't take p r i d e in indian media ever, this movie broke massive records for the blockbuster collection

That beautiful structure in the background (Time 33:10) is the Red Fort in New Delhi. (Time 43:14) is the Muharram ritual practiced by Shia Muslims. (Time 43:52) is a Hindu Ritual of tying an unbroken length of cotton thread around the trunk of a Banyan Tree, it's a ritual practiced by Women, not men though.

when every single indian movie preaches Pakistan people as terrorist and cheaters, raju hirani had the guts to show the real side of pakistan people and muslims that we are good and united people in P.K which was had a great backlash in india but many people understood it well other than some ridiculous politicians who live on hatred of muslims community. no one can do better than aamir khan to this role.

Lagaan (2001) is the best Aamir Khan movie. You must watch it. It means "Land Tax". You can also check out "Kaala Pani (1996)", which depicts the lives of prisoners in British India.

Great reaction but, GUYS PLEASE ALWAYS MENTION that its part 1 of the reaction. The title is misleading man, now I'll have to wait for part 2 of it. I like to always watch it together. Now I've watched this whole thing and I get to know that I have to wait for the next one. That is so frustrating. If the title was correct i would've waited for the next video and then would've watched both back to back. Don't do this with your viewers please.

Hey guys as per your request I wanted to share some of my belief systems here what I learnt from my whole life till now I respect all religions as every religion has its own good and bad stuff. But I believe in one God that is supreme of all who created us and who is the invisible power behind the life of the universe who doesn't have a face or any rules who don't need devotees or any offerings. That supreme power is one God and really this movie does justice to its concept. I love this movie. Thanks for the reaction as I love watching this over and over again with people like you. The actual God lives within you the good positive vibes coming from you is the proof that divine power is within you. As per my religion I am a hindu girl born in a Brahmin Family who grows up celebrating many Hindu festivals. Being born in India is a blessing because we come to know about many religions from childhood and learn many things about them as early as possible. Every state has its own cultural diversity which makes it more interesting to learn different cultural values. And the fun thing is I love all those rituals but simultaneously I am curious about other religions and festivals too. So I visit churches on Christmas and I have been to gurudwara and Jain temples. I love to learn about other religions and stuff just to get good things from them. If you agree with my principal just give a heart below I will understand that I am on the right path.
