Thank you Marc! I am 38, still lot of stress atc. I want to have my family. So 2023 I am gong to change a lot of things in my life and have my health asi my priority. On January I will have my first AMH test and I want to take some time to relax and do all the things you recommend. I hope there will be a miracle for mě in 2023. Hi Dr Skiar. I really like watching your videos. You really keep my spirits up. I’m 42 years and have been trying to conceive for almost a year now. I gave birth 15 years ago. But with my age I’m afraid I can’t conceive anymore. We want natural pregnancy rather than IVF. Can you please make a video about pregnancy at a late stage. Will appreciate it a lot because this is causing a stress on our relationship

Hi Dr Marc thanks for sharing all this invaluable information. I am 48 y/o female in Bonaire Georgia. I am still having regular menstrual cycles(although they are light and only last 3 days compared to my prior history). I am interested in learning about the benefits of the utilization Mini IVF in helping an advanced female my age in getting pregnant I am also interested in learning what I can do including my daily food intake as well as what nutritional supplementation to take that can help improve my AMH levels and the quality of my eggs. Hi dr Marc. Did you ever talk about low estrogen? Please talk about it, because i just get my estradiol just only 290 in my ivf program, so when i did egg retrievel i just got 2 eggs. It make me feel so bad, bcs i dont know why it happened to me, i still 30 years old, but feels so hard to get pregnant. Thank you dr marc if you read my message.

Dr Sklar, thank you for all the information you are sharing with us! I have a question- my AMH is around 1.1 - 1.2 (last tested in November). FSH - 7. But my antral follicle count is only 5 in total (1 on one ovary and 4 on another). I am overweight (bmi 33), high testosterone (2.1 with normal range 0.5 - 1.72). DHEA - 18 (range 2.0 - 11.1). What can be the reason between the discrepancy of AFC and AMH? Could it be the BMI? COuld it be the testosterone?

Good day doctor. I am new to your channel. I am 31. In November 2022 I went for a routine checkup with my gyne. My hormones were tested and all are within range except AMH (estradiol 575 pmol/l, FSH 8.3 IE/l, LH 15.5 IE/l, AMH count is 0.08, ng/ml). I have been diagnosed with endometriosis in November 2022 as well. Had cysts which are gone now (with the use of medication). The newest hormore test results are the ones above which was done after the cysts were gone. My left ovary is about 1 cm in diameter, and right ovary about 4 cm. 1. In your opinion, what are the chances of getting pregnant? (obviously with medical help) 2. How is it possible to still have a menstrual period with such low AMH? (maybe if you can do a video about this as I do believe that there might be many women with the same question). 3. Please do a video regarding mini IVF

Is there a specific time during your cycle that you should get your AMH tested? I’m currently on Day 14 of my cycle and currently ovulating. Just wanted to get more information. My OB tested my Estridol (83 pg/mL) LH (8 mIU/mL) FSH (7.1 mIU/mL) Testosterone FREE (1.9 pg/mL) Testosterone Total (28 ng/dL). I have NO IDEA what these numbers mean. All she told me was “Your numbers are where they need to be” Just wanting to get more info if possible 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hello Doctor Marc, am Gloria Osaro from Nigeria and am 40, trying to conceive for the past two years, I have done HSG and i was told I have synesthesia and Copper T was insert for 3month later it was removed but since last year I have been trying but nothing and my cervical mucus is not like eggs white fluid but I have pain during ovulation with little cervical mucus, what should I do because am 40 and need be a mum

Mini ivf! I am like that lady who got only one egg retrieved. I didn't get to the transfer because on day 6 my egg stopped developing :( Trying again in January but now wondering if I should do a mini-ivf. Not sure what the difference is.

Hello Dr Marc I am Rebecca from India Mumbai my AMH was 0.3 when last checked early this year 2022 . I was asked to go for donor eggs and got pregnant and was left with 1 week to enter 7th month I lost my twin babies so well developed Here docs were not ready to save my children , it’s very hard for me to digest this pain unable to process the loss . I keep hearing you and gain some positivity.

Dr i am 30 yr,i have low amh 0.8 i have gone for ivf, during ivf i have one residual follicle in right ovary and 144 estradiol on second day.i have given short protocol from second day of cycle.I have reterived with three eggs . Right ovary has only one mature follicle.so is this all because of raise estradiol or due to residual follicle Cause my cycle didn't go successful

Doctor has prescribed a couple of multivitamins, i continue to take them regularly, but nothing has changed. I eat healthy, no junk or packaged food. Sleep well for 8 hrs and exercise too.
