I understand that the BCI or "British Crumpet Index" has never quite recovered from Brexit.

Great T-Shirt! I had that one! Came in my nephews screen gems Amiga 500 pack but it was too big for him so I got it. Funny marketing by Commodore....you've just brought a brand new A500 but here's a t-shirt to tell you about the machine you could have purchased instead lol :D Man, I'm so hoping I have time to enter the contest this year, just for the fun. Keep up the great work.

Wow, this is really amazing! This effort that you do every year just for the love of the Amiga. It really, really is exciting. I congratulate you for this. You, Doug and all the people who make this possible are wonderful people and from this side, we know all the effort you put into this. Thanks for keeping this contest alive! This is not a question of winning, or being the best. It is a matter of love for art and the Amiga. Cheers from Argentina and keep it up and growing!!!

Wow - this is so generous and had assumed that the prizes were from sponsorship. I didn't realise that you were digging into your own pocket Doug, and that's a generous contribution from Daniel. What a great community. Did you get my musical entry Doug? I can't wait to go to the bank and convert my USD prize into tea and crumpets.

The cool AMIGA parts and things like the A500 Mini I gave away last year were certainly donated by the sponsors. The shipping charges were all mine, though, and that added up to quite a lot! Yes, I received your entry this year, Sheila! Thanks so much!

Holy smoke, Doug. You done lost yer dang mind! Simply being mentioned by you on-air in your Casey Kasem voice whenever you do the initial reveals is prize enough for me. That, and being part of such a fun and creative community. I mean, back in 2019 it was your contest that got me to learn Deluxe Paint III in the first place. Folks should be thanking YOU for this event. (oh yeah, THANKS!)

Who are the photography judges? And did you say the deadline?

The deadline is November 11th - and remember it has to be on an Amiga! Myself and Kevin Saunders are the main judges, but all of our Patrons take part in judging, too.

I was under the impression I'd missed it. When I visited a few days back it had, I could swear, an October deadline. So about the photography, it has to have some Amiga theme, or have been edited on an Amiga?

@@saganandroid4175Amiga Art Contest entries all need to be done in some way, shape or form on an Amiga. A real one, an emulated one, a modern one .. we are flexible. But they do need to be done on an Amiga. If you need a few more days to get something submitted, just let me know!😊
