I am sickened that I cannot adopt Amiga...I have recently lost a dog to cancer & have another diagnosed with a different cancer & he needs me as well as our 2 other dogs. I made a promise to my cancerous boy & I cannot break that 😩😩😩😩

Those jail cells are terrible for dogs. I wish owners were more responsible and people neutered and spayed their dogs to stop the relentless tide of unwanted puppies. Amiga looks a strong dog.. this possibly puts people off, but with training, she can so easily be taught not to pull and to be a good dog. She has a lovely kind face...with a dedicated owner, she will do well. She's an attractive dog, too.

Amiga is beautiful 🤩 my goodness! I pray that she finds her forever home with her forever person❤ rescue and adopted dogs are always much more scared than the people who bring them home. Once they settle in they are the best! Your patience will be returned eternal folds. To the person who brings Amigo home, you are enormously blessed with the best training from the best trainer.

I hope to hear some good news regarding Amiga after watching and listening Robert's heartwarming message. I feel for these beautiful abandoned dogs by stupid selfish people.

Robert your Heart is so beautiful. I can't take Amiga. I live in a motor home with my service dog in training. I would NEVER be able to provide Amiga all the things she Desrves. Amiga you did nothing wrong, it's not your fault you still are in prison. PLEASE some dog lover who will train and love this awesome pup Adopt her ❤😢

I would love to have a few more dogs! I have 3 already, wife would kill me if we got another,.............but.............I mentioned fostering shelter dogs and she is open to it. I think foster works out good for all! I get more dogs, and someone will get to adopt a great dog with solid foundation of obedience. Instead of saving one, I can save more!!!

I often think that no kill shelters are a different form of cruelty. Living in a prison, with no love is not a better option. I wish all dogs could find good homes. They all deserve the best homes. The only dogs in shelters are the ones who have been let down by humans. It is never their fault. I hope Amiga and all the other beautiful dogs find loving homes.

What a beautiful dog , I’d love to drive 1300 miles south and get him, however my wife would kill me when I got home .. we have 4 dogs now, which was not planned. The economy and grandkids has giving us two of are kids dogs . ( main reason I watch your videos is to organize my pack) What’s one more beautiful dog ? I got this 😅

Hey robert, I was wondering if u have heard of or have an opinion of the american sentinal program. Would be interested to hear or see your opinion, sir.

@Robert Cabral do you have any experience with those command collars? Those seem like they came out at the same time I stopped using prong collars and went to 100% harness use. So my knowledge on those is not so great. Are they placed, fitted and used just like a prong collar? I really dont think I will need it but my new client thinks I will and would like for me to use one. I personally have taught my current rescue dog that had a warning on her paperwork to have 2 people handle and was told by the shetler she would be impossible to teach. Now she knows over 60 service dog commands and I have not had the need for prong or tens collars ever. I work a lot with reactive dogs and in the last 15 of my 30+ years of dog teaching I have not had the need for prong or tens collars.

Godspeed amiga... if my female bulldog would accept another dog I would take you in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I'm in Montana and can't do a meet and great. I will promise you this.... I will find and rescue another dog in need when our dog will accept another or when she passes away. I wish you the best and pray your wait isn't in vain. God has the best family for you where you will get all the love and respect you deserve. Im sorry humans failed you but know there are some really good ones out there.
