I really like this pattern! But I wanted to let you know about a different increase technique that I learned from a friend of mine. Normally, in the beginning with the magic circle, when you get to the 3rd row or so, it sorta starts to look like a hexagon more than a circle. It does that because whenever you increase, you’re increasing on a stitch that was an increase from the last round prior. And because of that, you get a hexagon looking shape instead of a circle. So, a better way to avoid that is to “stagger” the stitches. Instead of doing all the single crochets in a line before the increase, you can put the increase in the middle of them. Like this: - 1: 6 INC - 2: 1 SC, 1INC - 3: 1 SC, 1 INC, 1 SC - 4: 3 SC, 1INC - 5: 2 SC, 1 INC, 2SC - 6: 5 SC, 1INC You should still have the same stitch count for each round, but if you do your increases like this, it will give it a more round shape!
