Jim is the ecstatic owner of this fabulous Meadowlark Log Home. It all started with Jim’s desire to take the Meadowlark Rancher which is a popular model in the Meadowlark lineup and by the time we got done with the design, it ended up two-story with a much taller peak and most of the rest of the details got changed as well but it ended up beautiful.
At the time, because our draftsmen’s schedules were completely full, Elvie actually hand drew both the house and the garage with ruler and pencil. (Elvie has no idea how to use a computer to draw plans because he’s from the old school)
As with all Meadowlark Log Homes products, this model is easy to heat and cool and as always, it’s super easy on the environment since the trees are carefully thinned from the forest to create a more healthy environment. Check out his beautiful garage as well which matches the house perfectly. Jim is happy to be on his own private Montana slice of heaven.
