Story 1: call the police and tell them all the things that she has been doing to you ever since you and your brother were a kid.

Since most narcissists thrive on drama they initiate, many of their tricks include smear campaigns, rumors, manipulation, gaslighting, even violence. If you can't go no contact, the best thing you can do is ignore them. They hate it when you don't react to their drama.

With Story 1, OP needs to get a restraining order from his parents and then he, his girlfriend, and her family needs to sue his Mom for defamation of character.

God, my girlfriend's dad is similar to that mom. He has talked trash about me, my friends, my mom possibly, and has abused and gaslit my girlfriend all of their life. Projection and blame is his favorite thing, and he has also gone as far as saying I'm manipulative and controlling. Whenever my gf moves back in with me, we will do our best to prepare and get a restraining order.
