Speaking as someone who's taken classes for martial arts, pretty much every form in this vid is actually pretty dangerous (for the user) because they aren't protecting their face. Keeping your hands near your head when you're not punching is one of the basic lessons my class learned

It’s not even karate it’s basic logic if your going to fight PROTECT YOUR FACE it’s the most vulnerable spot and if you get hit there bad your done

I do Karate and those videos are accurate to how I feel doing Karate in front of others who don't do Karate. I always feared that when I did Karate for someone who doesn't do Karate I look like the people from these videos to them.
