This channel is criminally underrated, should have more subs , more views and more likes . Also in this vid , you speak of peoples set ups and blowing amps... I always ALWAYS tell DIYers to wire an amp , no matter the size, like they are wiring to upgrade to a larger amp in the future. Make sure your alternator, battery and wiring can hold what you are doing plus some .... if not, upgrade . Starving an amp for power or a bad ground is only asking for problems.

What a great comment! Thanks SPW!!

A typical mid -suv stock alternatorl and wiring can handle a 800-1000 Rms depending on its amperage of the alternator supply and demand the vehicle electrical system Unless you have other accessories, with the amplifier!

The dynamics of that aren't too bad but your part #2 showed what could happen longevity wise, pushed to the max for too long it will pop. Maybe do a youtube short showing the efficiency for 2ohm and 4ohm.

🤣 Mine IS Welch. If you get an amp with a misprint, let me know.😁

lol, that’s funny. Do people usually spell yours correctly? They almost always spell ours with a C

@@stereomojo Always misspelled with an S. 🤷🏻♂️😂. I’m from VA. Not too far away from ya. Our great forefathers peed on the same rocks once upon a time. 😁
What is your nominal ohm load on the two Skar subs? Are they wired to 0.5 ohm or 1 ohm?
@robcooper31715 ай бұрын
Those a D4's wired to 1 ohm

@@robcooper3171Wow, so your only getting a tiny bit of impedance rise. I'm used to seeing the impedance at least double or triple.

@@JasonWW2000 Rob’s answer is correct. Strong electrical helps a lot with rise.

People are stupid. I’m sorry but 90% of everyday people have absolutely zero skills or knowledge besides maybe one small area they do for work and that’s probably not anything useful in the real world. So glad my father is so intelligent and master in many different fields and skills that I have learned and still am from him and I’m 40 now. By time I graduated high school I had more knowledge and skills then most men I’ve met in my life it’s kinda hard to have friends though because of it. It’s like I end up having to fix all their crap and they don’t realize that when I was working it cost $75 an hour on site for me and $150 service call. It kinda gets old having to be like father figure or like I’m training an apprentice when they supposed to be a friend. I guess it’s partially my fault cause I can’t sit and listen to them say something wrong etc and not say anything and of they insist they’re correct I have to take the time to either show them physically or look up facts for them which leads right back to the prior sentence😂 Shit that was a mouthful wtf😮💨
