Amritsari Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
Butter (मक्खन) - 3 tbsp
Onion, chopped (प्याज़) - ½ cup
Green chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) - 2 nos
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) - 2 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - ½ tsp
Chilli Powder (मिर्च पाउडर) - 1½ tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Tomato, chopped (टमाटर) - ½ cup
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Water (पानी) - 1 cup
Paneer (पनीर) - 200 gms
Kasoori Methi Powder (कसूरी मेथी पाउडर) - a pinch
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)- a pinch
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) - handful
Accompaniment
Bread slices
Onion sliced
Butter
Mint chutney
Green chili slit
Coriander sprig

Yes I do agree water is the main content as an example Agra ka petha,some people from Agra itself tried it in Ahmedabad, results were not even close to what locals do it in Agra.Stongly agree that water at different climatic conditions add a lot to the food quality.

Besan increases the thickness of gravy, makes it more wholesome. Even if you put less tomato that will also do as Besan will fulfill it
