Ingredients:
For Paneer:
Milk (full fat) - 2lt
Vinegar - 2-3 tbsp
Water - a dash
For Masala:
Oil - 1½ tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Garlic Chopped - 2tsp
Ginger Chopped - 2 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 2tsp
Onion chopped - ¼ cup
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Chilli powder - ¾ tsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Tomato chopped - ¼ tsp
Salt
Kasoori methi powder - a pinch
Coriander chopped - a handful

Except for green chilies/red chilli powder, looks like I've been doing it right. More so because it's something I enjoy eating 2/3 times a week as my protein, usually with one methi roti. Maine 1st time apka video dekha. Maine isse pehele yeh dish banayi thi, tasty hone ke liye akhha garm masala bhi dal ke dekha. Kisine isko pasand nahi kiya tha. Lekin aaj aap ne bataya aise karne par sahi me swadisht bhurji bani. Sabko bahot achhi lagi. Kam ingredients me itne jaldi ban gayi , crunchy onion ki idea lajawab 🙏

Mera beta chhota tha tab mai bhurjee ghee mein banati thi. Jeera, just half green chilli, haldee and salt. I used add kaju and kishmish to give it a rich sweetish flavour.

Don't discard the whey the next time you make paneer. This liquid is a great source of protein , vitamins and minerals and used to make calcium, protein rich whey soup. There is nearly 7-8 grams whey protein in about 1 litre of the left out paneer water....so I don't think drinking just that will help you meet your protein needs😅😅
