Saturday was supposed to be sunny and Sunday rainy so I went out early Saturday morning. It wasn't sunny, at all. But I did the best I could. Low light means blurry images if you try moving around much, so mostly stationary shots, no panning or zooming. Later it started to clear up, so the next video will be brighter. In this video we start with a CSX freight waiting at the signal at Howell wye with three EMD units as an NS freight with a UP EMD third comes off the Greenville line. Possibly 153. Then the CSX freight takes its turn and heads west. Then we see an NS transfer train heading into the yard with and EMD up front LHF. Then we see a single CSX unit waiting at the signal as an NS stack track with a UP unit second heads south. Then we see two CSX units head off the wye onto the main as Amtrak 19 waits at the signal. The two units reconnect with their train as 19 departs ATL with a Siemens unit up front. What's that strange phenomenon? A spot of sun! Won't last. Then we see an NS stack train working the yard at Inman as possibly the same CSX freight from earlier backs into the yard. Then the NS stack train leaves the yard heading up the Greenville line as an NS freight train slowly pulls up from the east with another spot of sun, with a DPU on the rear for good measure.
