This video is about Amtrak Adirondack Train Montreal to New York City on October 29, 2017. Although the weather didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked we were fortunate to have the historical dome car on our train for its final run of the season. It’s a shame Amtrak retired the Great Dome Cars, seems like a great way to sightsee.

How long did the trip take and those cars that were empty , could u sit there ? Because the lineup at central station looked bonkers

No the route from Montreal to New York City was not along the coast. It was inland.

@@bluespeedforce112Yeah, the dome car that you are referring to was one of the cars we could sit in en route from Montreal to NYC. As you can see in the video, it had all windows so we had great views from that car. We did not travel along the ocean but did get nice water views along Lake Champlain.
