What train is that at 8:27, I don't think I've ever seen a train running metroliner cab car first with a whopping 11 cars!

That is Northeast Regional train 121, it runs frm NYP-DC, it was introduced in 2022 I think. They usually have that consist.

8:21 I didn't know Northeast Regional 121 ran on Mondays, at least Holiday ones. Since President's Day fell on a Monday this year.

Yes. This section of the Northeast Corridor (Trenton - New York) is the densest / busiest part of the Northeast Corridor. So, the trains tend to be a tad longer here.
