@@reyisnotamarysue1195 nothing black and white. There is no such thing as a black and white situation. So if I pull a gun on you and you shoot me first. You okay with going to prison for life? Leave your family? It would be self defence. Therefor a lawful killing. Self defence by law goes up to killing someone, long as the measure you take justifies as a response to the attack. If I poke you, you can’t just slit my throat. But if pull a machine gun on you and stab me to death, that would be considered justified. You might want to actually think about what you say before making comments.

Amy blaming the police for having aaron walking free even though she's the reason he's walking around free, if she had reported the attack after she realised what happened instead of waiting 3 weeks and washing all evidence of the attack away, in the end it was her word against his and he can't be charged with just hearsay, charge her with criminal damage to a police car and for assault, that will wipe the smirk off her face

Not sure about that as didn't Carla report Frank on the night it happened? and then Frank still got found Not Guilty, granted, he got murdered after so he didn't get away with it but still. Yes, Amy should have reported it as soon as she could.

@dgeneratio1 can't compare frank situation to Aaron because frank actually tried to rape maria before carla so there were 2 victims. Aaron has nk criminal record so it is impossible to have a case when there is no evidence and no criminal record.

At Least DS Swain was more Lenient when she interviewed Amy, and Clearly Understood What Amy has been going through, I think PC Hall has an arrogant Manner he is selfish and Factless he does not Clearly Understand the facts on What Amy has gone through he has a One Vision and One Direction Mind, in his mind he thinks every crime when he is interviewing his suspects is serious, At DS Swain Understood Clearly on What Amy was going through and let her go without Charge
