@hanshotfirst1138 That's what I thought, too, when I found out about his death. In my 13-16 years, I loved Jason. And I think I'm not alone. In numerology there is such a direction as the matrix of fate. Jason had a karmic tail of 18-6-6. This means that a person will miss love in life, from parents, from a husband or wife... The most important task for this tail is to learn to love yourself, not to merge with a person. Jason had just hanged himself because of his divorce from his wife. They were married for 20 years, so he loved her. It's a pity, very sorry. I myself have a karmic tail of 18-6-6. But I understand that if I do something to myself, then I will have to go through this tail again. After all, karma is not passed. Rest in peace, Jason David Frank. I hope God will forgive you for committing suicide 😭🕊️

My parents divorced when I was a child. I don't have many happy memories of being a kid. But I'll never forget dressing up as the green ranger, going to a mall with my dad. Meeting Walter(zac) and getting my picture and autograph with him. That's a core memory I hold. Knowing I'm getting older facing my own mortality, seeing my friends pass on, my heroes turn into ghosts, I can't help but just weep and pray. You you guys and gals, brought me happiness as a child. I hope the love of us fans can show you how valued each one of yall are and how valued Jason really was. He was the hero of many childhoods.

My mom&pop devorced when I was 8 yrs old. But I was 10 yrs old when my mom started dated my stepdad. They dated until I was 16. They married when I was 16. My mom became a instant mother of three daughters & me. Grandma of 5 grandsons&5 granddaughters. 4 grandsons& 4 granddaughters are married have kids. My stepdad died of Superflu in 2018. He was diabetic. One of my nephews whos alittle younger then is on the street and on drugs. He did come back. Because he was sick. But he left a few days later. Backstory: From I was born - 8 yrs old. My mom thought that having me would calm&temper him. But it didnt do anything. So they divorced when I was 8 yrs old. My brother(Stepdads Son)committed suicide when I was 12. The horrific thing bout it was going into a ‘76 motor home seeing red stuff on the mini wall at age 13. Findin out it was my brothers brain material at age 16. But I’m here. It’s really challenging, trying&hard at times. I’m getting through it. I talk to my therapist every Thursday of the month. My life coach comes over to make sure I do my house work every Monday of every month. I used to play console games. But now that’s gone. My laptop is gone too. So I’m workin on RGP sourcebooks. Slow going. But happiness.

That’s what drew me to power Rangers. I was a teenager when the original was on TV. Then When I moved to my house 30 mins away from my mom. I saw Dino thunder on TV. Started watching it. I loved it. Some of episodes were really painful to watch. Like Tommy Oliver(JDF)had to go against Villain who was a former blue turbo ranger. Then I saw the series finally. When they graduated. That was heartfelt, heartwarming&the proper way to end it. But no crying,no tears. Just sober, fond memories.

Well, the rest of the cast were already going to return for the 30th anniversary before JDF passed. I hope they didn't get to far into the writing of Cosmic Fury, so they can hopefully find a way to write in Tommy's absence. As far as I know, Amy and Austin are the only ones who are not returning in person (Austin's in some legal trouble, so he can't leave the country), so unless they are going to record dialogue or something, she and him are sadly not going to be taking part in the 30th celebration.

It hurts even more cuz he actually had a movie coming out next year that was like an adult Power Rangers film called Legend of the White Dragon. Kickstarted and everything. Thank you Amy for providing a space of grief. Jason was a huge influence in my life. He is singularly the reason I got into Martial Arts. His presence as an inspiring person continued to drive me into the security field and become better at my craft. It's because of his character both on and off screen that further led me to achieve in my profession. I ended up a head of security for a film and television studio in Atlanta, and I was able to live my dream; working alongside your fellow thespians as they created fantastic entertainment for people. I was at a Dragon Con one year he was a featured guest. And although I never got to interact with him. I passed him on the floor as he was on his way to a panel or signing. My first thought was as any fan to stop him and get my interaction. But instead I realized he's on his way to someplace and I didn't want to be rude. But for me it was enough to see my childhood hero in passing. Again thank for this and may he rest in peace. "Its Morphing Time!"

Only if the person is actually loved. Nobody would be sad when I'm gone.

@@RonLarhz You're very wrong about that. I'm sure Jason David Frank probably said the same thing to himself before he did what he did.

First Kevin Conroy, then JDF. My childhood has taken a huge hit the last few weeks. Credit to Amy Jo Johnson for coming onto the internet for the fans to see if they are ok while mourning a loss like this. RIP JDF 😢

@@user-ir8mf7km6w Kevin Conroy was a voice actor known for voicing Batman. He just recently died as well. They didn't mean "first" as in first power ranger actor to die.

Depression, especially if it's chronic (which is, in most cases) is appalling because you feel like nothing has meaning or that you don't belong to the world. It's something that you can't even explain. I've been dealing with it for 5 or 6 years (and I still am). It's worse than Sadness because sadness are stabs that appear because of a REASON. When you are depressed you don't have a REASON. What's more, when you see or talk with someone who's going through Depression it's highly likely that he or she doesn't look like he's dealing with that inner sorrow. When I heard about this, I felt genuine Sadness. My head automatically went back to the moment when I was 4 or 5 and my father gave me the Green Ranger (I remember it felt like winning the lottery). Not to tell the joy of watching this man alongside The Power Rangers every time I turned on the TV, during that beautiful stage of my life. And I feel exactly the same pain watching Amy Jo here (the pink ranger forever and ever). I can't even imagine what it'd for her who shared so many moments next to him in person. Hits me harder. RIP Jason David Frank...and thank you for having been part of my childhood, wonderful human being.

Thank you Amy. I'm devastated by his death. I'm still grieving for Jason. He was my hero since I was a child. He helped inspire me to get into martial arts. Became a black belt at 13 as well as an instructor. Let's all stay strong. Thanks again for thinking of us.
