In my 15 years of being an Evanescence fan, I don't think I've ever seen Amy get emotional like she did in that first clip. I'm so proud of her for being able to show that and feeling in touch with herself enough to allow those emotions to come through like that.

when she spoke about her brother it actually made me sad because she had to lose two of her younger siblings at such a young age.

The first clip is so genuine. I love her vulnerability and strength and honesty. She’s an amazing artist despite being happier now.

She articulates what some of us cannot. That's why we love her music. Sometimes emotions and pain cannot be expressed adequately but through her music, she finds a way to do it for herself and for many of us. And she has been doing it since such a young age. Truly amazing.

Very true, the song lithium I can totally relate to though I don’t use lithium, also I can relate to tourniquet though I’ve never tried to kill myself I’ve thought it especially when I was being bullied in fourth grade and I didn’t even know the meaning of the song back then

I now saw Amy Lee cry for the first time remembering her brother Robi and I burst into tears with her. Amy you are beautiful in that moment I would have loved to hold you tight to me. My biggest dream is to be able to meet you, hug you and since I am a musician I too sing with you to your splendid voice. Jacques from Italy..Love you so much sweet angel

My god she does not deserve to go through the things she’s gone through from losing her sister when she was little to struggling with the pressures of her previous record company to her recent loss of another sibling and everything in between I can’t imagine the pain she’s gone through and the fact she’s still making music and performing is such an encouragement to others

That song is about Amy's sister who passed away when she was young. So it's too personal for Amy to perform it live.

Te cuento lo que pude deducir del primer clip ya que mi inglés no es perfecto. Dice "ahora voy a contarles mi pequeña historia, va a ser muy breve. Cuando Deena(vocalista del grupo Veridia que le pidió colaborar en esa canción de la que habla "I'll never be ready") me mostró por primera vez la canción y me preguntó si quería tocar el piano en ella, mi hermano había fallecido el mes anterior. Y sentía que no podía ni hablar. Y fue algo tan hermoso porque me había preguntado si podía simplemente tocar el piano. Creo que nunca nadie me había pedido algo así, y fue tan genial porque necesitaba expresarme pero no podía... sentía que aún no podía cantar y esta canción habló por mi de una manera tan hermosa, me hablo directo al corazón. La música tiene un poder increíble, realmente lo tiene. En nuestra conexión había dolor, y cuando podemos compartirlo entre nosotros y dejarlo salir es tan hermoso. Estoy tan agradecida de poder ser parte de eso. Gracias" Y ahora aparecen los expertos en ingles a matarme 🤣 I did my best...
