As I tell every young officer I've trained over the last 33 years, every body you meet may be the person who helps you when you're in need. Treat everyone as a family member, no matter what they've done. Everyone deserves to feel cared for and to be treated as someone, we all need to feel like we matter. One little act of compassion, one ride home, a few bucks, one ticket unwrote, a sandwich and coffee, simply listening to an old persons story- someday someone will benefit from the smallest gesture you can make. Forget the politics and what you've been taught, just be a person for a minute. A small act of kindness may just make all the difference in someones life.

Was inside a dollar store, young lady, came in store. Trying to buy food, an medicine for 1year old baby. Her card did was not working, she was crying. she said she did not know what to do. I step in. Brought her food, baby food, medicine, an a bunch of baby's stuff. I made her day. an mine Love babys💖

When you intentionally record yourself performing an act of kindness for views and self gratification, it’s not as genuine. When you don’t know you are being recorded and you are kind... now that is what it means to be truly noble.

A woman in front of me was searching for her purse while waiting to pay at the checkout.She couldn’t find it and apologised to the cashier saying she would leave the shopping there.Only about a dozen items so I said that I would pay for it and she could take it.No great hassle,but it didn’t occur to me to film my ‘selfless’ act.

Acts of kindness should be spontaneous and not for video likes. Give your gifts in secret and god will repay you in kind. I don't like these types because its more about boosting themselves than actually giving to someone in need.

My apologies but .... although this was undoubtedly well meant ,,,,,, what was the purpose of it? It was fully filmed. Why? Genuine or just a random presentation? Are they just trying to show us what an act of kindness looks like? No. Sorry. THIS presentation doesn't move my emotions one bit.
