I have exactly the same model (no date) Beautiful watch ! Classic design.

I don’t think the seconds hand is misaligned. You can pull out the crown and align it by pressing the top starter button.

Bought and sold the 45mm black version a few years ago but sold it after some time. It looked to big on my 7.5 inch wrist. I have since moved on to much more expensive watches but never forgot the beautiful dial on the luner. The credit goes to NASA because their criteria was the reason for the very readable dial which also affected the Omega Pro Speedmaster. I have since ordered a new 43.5 mm version and am anxious to receive it.

Got one of these 6 months ago, and have only had to set it once out of the box. It's that accurate. As for the mis-aligned chrono hand, mine was like that also, but in the manual, it tells how to fix that.

I love the Lunar pilot. I have the stainless steel edition, black PVD, and the 50th anniversary edition!

Good review i own the bead-blasted date special edition version out standing watch high precision quartz movement personally I think it's better looking than the OMEGA SPEEDMASTER Moon watch all the best from the UK.

Great review. My grail is a Speedmaster 3861 sapphire sandwich. That will take a number of years to achieve, however, I got drawn into the hype over the Omega MoonSwatch and I was going to buy one of those when they become more widely available. I then heard about this, for 1.5 x the cost of a MoonSwatch, I’m getting a far superior watch. I just ordered one and cannot wait to receive it. I did get this exact no date model.

Huge kudos to Bulova for digging into their archive and producing watches like this. But they get them 80% right. This watch is absolutely too large. And so was the Devil Diver re-issue…too large and too shiny. returned mine. The surfboard they nailed.
