First off the analysis of the battle was wrong mainly because of Ben, but DB also forgets to mention that the Hal lost his memory after time traveling, and the only time I know of that he did, it was to the future. Now that that's out of the way, people tend to give Hal all his abilities even if he doesn't have access to them anymore. Alien X is also more powerful than they suggested. They also got information wrong. Alien X didn't fail to stop the universe from being destroyed because he couldn't, he didn't believe it was happening until it already did, he made a nearly perfect replica almost instantly, and Celestialsapiens are able to change the art styles and voice actors of the show itself, because they already have. He was also able to tear through a 5D barrier that the conetemeiila, who are 5D beings themselves, said was impossible to get through. There's also no alternative weaker/stronger versions of Alien X. They can also regenerate almost instantly. “Acausality (Type 2; Stated by One Fourth of Man of Action that when the alternate versions of Bens across the Multiverse transforms into Alien X, they become THAT Alien X. There are no alternate versions existing in the past, present or future).” The Ben 10 Multiverse is every single alternate reality to exist which is infinite. This means every reality where there is Ben and where there isn’t. Generator Rex conveniently adds as an example of an alternate reality Ben could access. The reason I mention this is because Alien X has Omnipresence/Acausality throughout all realities where an Omnitrix with its DNA is present. That means Alien X isn’t different, but shared by each Ben that uses its transformation. It’s power will always be the same no matter what reality it enters. As it is known that Alien X can control all of its reality, this fact only shows that the form can control everything within the Multiverse that it exists in. This formula might make it easier: Alien X > Universal Alien X recreates Universe = Universal or above Alien X exists as the same entity throughout different realities in a Multiverse Multiverse = Infinite Celestialsapians (Alien X included) = Acausality Man of Acton was asked Aren’t Celestialsapiens above dimensions (I mean they are not bound by dimensions)? And they responded with yes, CPs are extra-dimensional beings. Also since I'm sure people are going to say idiotic stuff like "The creators word isn't enough, show me proof!" A few things 1. What gives you more authority over what's true about a creation than the people who created it? 2. I'm always going to side with the creators on their creations, because even if some of the information contradicts other information they could have just changed their minds. 3. If they wanted to they could publish a small booklet showing the creation doing what they said it could, declare it canonical, and then you'd just have to deal with it anyway, so why not do it now? Feel free to disagree with me, but I've already had this conversation two or three times since the DB came out,and I'm not changing my mind on this. But they nerfed Alien X, changed the way he fights and Green Lantern still ran from the fight.

I think it's remarkable how well Kuro took all this, seeing as how Ben 10 is HIS thing. I was salty as shit. We got all hyped up for 3 weeks just to find out that Ben was gonna lose in the dumbest way possible because the writers were more concerned with doing something creative than doing the characters justice. One major argument I've had against me personally is that the failsafe wouldn't work because the scissors wouldn't instantly kill Ben. At the time, I kinda forgot about this, but I did remember that the very same failsafe (in the ORIGINAL PROTOTYPE of the Omnitrix, which they were clearly using) saved Ben from a possession attempt by Ghostfreak. A move that, by Ghostfreak's own admission, wouldn't kill Ben (or even harm his physical body at all). And if the prototype was blocking that kind of shit, it stands to reason the official one can do all of what the prototype did, and more, in terms of protection

One of my major problems is how few alien forms Ben got to use, as well as the complete lack of versatility involved. He's shown an extremely high level of cognitive dexterity with the Master Control even at 10, transforming into multiple alien forms within seconds to evade Vilgax, Kevin and the Null Void beasts, and even more so when he was 15 against Darkstar. Where was this versatility in the fight? He could've used Ghostfreak's telekinesis to swipe the ring, pull it over to himself and then shift into Upgrade the second it gets close, fuse with the ring and dismantle it in seconds. Even if the ring's semi-sentience is enough to force Upgrade out, he can still use the knowledge of the ring's composition and structure gained from fusing with it, and then just go Jury Rigg to dismantle it

Yeah, DB messed up. And people say the failsafe wouldn't work cuz GL is faster wut? The failsafe can automatically activate to prevent ben from dying. Who cares how fast GL is?

Death Battle has been starting a horrible trend of spending misinformation due to only looking at scans. This leads to taking things completely out of context such as the Superman being Infinite despite failing against actual infinite beings like Darkseid who exist on many planes of reality which they barely got right as well. Plus, I hate this the most but Death Battle has real bad history with creating Frankenstein/Composite characters by mashing all the feats of Characters from different realities and even continuities. Makes it difficult telling the difference between these horrifying mashups and the actual character.

Going back in time wouldn't work because even if alien x dident know he was going back in time he would just be standing there since alien x isn't effected by time

watching this video a year after its been posted and not surprised by screwattack screwing up battles, this is the main reason i gave up on screwattack's death battle series because they always mess over the true winner by nerfing one side and making the other more powerful then they really are, ben 10 with master control could just go straight for alien x and instant win against most opponents if they are using powers he doesnt understand

My main problem with that particular death battle episode is the abundance of misinformation about ben and his aliens. They also forgot 2 of Ben's aliens that can curb stomp Hal in seconds (Chromastone and Feedback).

People complain about the goku vs superman death battle but i truly believe the death battle between ben 10 and green lantern is awful they did not research ben 10 properly also kid ben does not have alien X and lets be real most people hate the ben 10 reboot. Considering how Hal can outpace and power through pretty much any alien Ben has, including X, it's pretty much no contest. You've got someone who fights multiversal entities like Mandrakk and can move several quintillion times the speed of light, something none of Ben's aliens can even hope to match. Even the omnitrix's big bang feat comes nowhere close to Hal's raw power and speed. The way Death Battle explained it could certainly have been better, but the gap between the two is so wide, Green Lantern could pretty much end the fight whenever he wanted, regardless of whatever option Ben took.

Hal has multiple feats aside from beating Parallax with help that can be interpreted as universal or above, and has either beaten or matched others who were capable of controlling the Emotional Spectrum Entities, who are comparable to Parallax. Aside from foes like Starbreaker, Dawnbreaker, and the like. Also aside from Alien X most of the foes he’s faced with other aliens are generally planet to dwarf star level at the most. Noob tier Green Lanterns have exceeded that before. (It’s also funny how people point out the Parallax instance and yet don’t point out the times Ben has needed outside help against certain threats). Also Alien X is not Multiversal. He has no in-universe feats or statements that prove as such. Inb4 “can destroy the Multiverse in six thoughts” which is a statement that is invalid due to it not remotely being supported by the show (doesn’t even totally make sense when you actually look at the statement). In-universe evidence and feats primarily take precedent over unsupported Ask.com questions from Writers who don’t give two shits about Vs Debating. Death of the Author and all that . (And no I’m not saying WOG is completely invalid for anyone who wants to strawman). All of alien x feats are outclassed by Hal, just look at the fucking episode.
