A better simulation would allow the student to sleep in the trailer overnight, only to be jolted awake at 4:30am on a school holiday.

ima Californian and a couple days ago 3 earthquakes happened in 15 minutes and everyone was just laughing about it ;)

It's not accurate because it lacks the fear.. they're all laughing knowing there's no danger..

Earthquakes are sheering waves (for the big ones) so the shaking would be side to side, not up and down.

@@wilcofaber9863 I have felt a few and over 2 years ago we had one that was close to a 6 and where I was it was around a 5 and it shook the shit out of my old house. Funny thing there was one down in Melbourne Vic and at the same time one in Melbourne Florida. I didnt feel last nights one but seems be be heaps of them around Gippsland way.
