the camp "scatter" is classic bikepacking... everything in my brain is telling me not to do it, but it just works so well with bike gear - lol

Cool gear list ..looks like you got a lot of seatpost clearance for seatpost bikepacking bag .. rather than traditional cycle touring panniers setup …

Plenty of clearance for a seat pack. I have one and used it a few times. I don’t like it much. I opted for the panniers on this trip. I like ‘em!

Trail Cross by Five Ten. Great shoe. Stiff enough for a comfortable ride, yet flexible enough to walk.
