The high, med, low switch is a battery protection feature when using the auxiliary power.

We are going on 10 years using Dometic 12v coolers at our offgrid cabin. It's one of the best decisions we made. For the trip to the cabin it keeps everything perfect. No more wondering if the milk stayed cold. Ecoflow batteries are also great - we use the Delta Mini. Best part is if you do need to charge it on AC or generator 1 hour to charge it fully!

They're great just don't leave it running while your hiking etc or you'll have no car battery

Our car battery doesn’t power the fridge when off. That’s what the power bank does. No dead car battery yet!!
