i disagree. good eats is pretty much dead and im fine with that. but. bring this guy to tv for some DIY tips and tricks. hes got other videos outside of cooking and doesnt go science class like alton brown. so good eats imo wouldnt be a good fit. but his own unique tv show? yep. itd be popular imo.

Start by being kind but not weak. Also, be non-reactive to the bull-shit that usually bothers you. Don't waiver, even while she's wondering WTF you are up to. Don't be too proud to make the first kind gesture, even though you're probably feeling jaded. If this doesn't at least make things better, then i'm not sure there's hope.

Alternatively use slices of Toast (white works better then with whole grain) and just mop along the surface of the soup. Then you can fry that bread in a pan and get something perfectly crisp to go along with the Soup :)

Soapy hot water and long handle brush thats flexible enough to go all around. Or vinegar if you want to be extra like all these YT people
