Sparda didn’t fall in love with Eva until like almost 2000 years after he rebelled against the demon world. He saved humans not because he fell in love but because he learned justice and good.

I played the intro of DMC5, beat urinate on my first try and the game ended, haven't touched it since. 10/10 IGN

Among my many problems with 5 I think the graphics have the biggest effect on things. The game is made on the RE engine and to get some of those high quality models they need to spend a ton of money which is probably why we never got different skins. The game also reuses assets from Resident Evil which I don't consider a bad thing but pretty telling of how much trouble it probably is to make models. To go with the realistic graphics they also spent a bunch of time smoothing out animations, transitions between them, and worst of all they actively tried to get rid of of any form of animation canceling. That's not something the average player cares about but for a lot of us long time fans who enjoyed the freedom and creativity of 4 it felt like a slap in the face. Especially since the demo had reversals and I remember practicing them before they got cut in the full release. It's because of that people have eorked hard to add in a lot of that old tech from 4 into 5. There's a guy I think called The Hitchhiker who made a mod that added that and a lot more. But again this is only stuff people who got good at DMC4 really cared about. Anyways I didn't like V either. He kinda killed my motivation to get through DMD. I also just didn't like how they balanced DMD mode. Previous added enemy DT and extra moves on enemies in later playthroughs. However some enemies had DT by default in 5 and functioned like some of the not so fun to fight enemies from the reboot. So it didn't feel like much was being added. Add to that V's familiars having their own health and them getting one shot pretty easily. It wasn't a fun time. I appreciate the experimentation but he's just not fun to play to me.

You know you can revive V's YuGiOh! cards with DT right? I've been through the game on every difficulty and the only real issue you need to pay attention to is his DT management since he's the only character that can build DT passively while doing damge and he arguably gets the most out of his Devil Trigger than the other characters since it's integral to his gimmicks. Also the fact that his familiars draw agro from enemies, and thus away from him, gives you plenty of opportunities to fill the gauge for free.

Id like to point out that the anime is canon and takes place between 1 and 2. Morrrison is in dmc5 but got race swapped for some reason, but it is him. The girl on the phone at the start of dmc5 is the little girl from the anime grown up. But, thetes another anime coming out for dmc at some point in the future, which looks like it is using the dmc5 style for outfits, but no one knows anything about it yet

Vergil is always looking for power, which makes Dante go after him, Dante ends up getting more powerful as well, that makes them having that kiss competition they love so yeah, These games is ALL about Vergil

Can i get an explantion on why Vergil looks weird in 5 tho? He looks pretty much like what he should in a sequel that isnt DmC or a 3 gen ago console. Actually on the topic of DmC Vergil and Dante looked like shit, so id say that version is the weird one.

I thought they looked odd in dmc too honestly. I think their hairs look odd woth the face structures they picked for the realistic new models. Dante looks to what you would imagine a bit. I think the bigger problem for me is they don't look like identical twins at all .

@@ErundelREACTS fun fact. They use the same base model for both Dante and Vergil, but they have different "Articulation Presets". Without going on a several hour long tangent about what that means, basically face models have points in which they can be altered in order to show expressions called "Points of Articulation", Vergil has less "Articulation Cues" overall (meaning his face looks mostly the same regardless of whether he's talking or not, as well as showing less expressions from his base one in general) compared to Dante, while his almost always has him smiling in his default or "Standard Articulation" and even in most of his other Articulation Cues he's meant to look smug. Besides that the general reason they look so different is because earlier models in past games didn't have nearly as many points of Articulation compared to the DMC5 models, meaning they couldn't look as drastically different from each other as they do now even if the devs wanted them to. TLDR: there are two reasons as to why they don't look "Identical" despite having the exact same model. 1): models are more advanced than before. 2): Dante is just a happy guy while Vergil is a perpetual downer.

it is in all honesty stupid that they made Dante old since he has an extended life by a few thousand years he is half being that can live eternal and a human he is not a human. Dante has a harem in the game what do you mean he gets none
