There's days where the music just naturally flows and captures the tone/mood of that day. This whole track (backing track included) came together in about an hour. It's great when that happens because it almost doesn't feel like you're WRITING the music, it's just flowing through you. This is when I find my best work happens :)

The short melodic phrase at 0:48 reminds me of the hook in Joe Satriani's "If I Could Fly," appearing 49 seconds into his song. I thought that was a fun coincidence.

The tone is very reminiscent of satchs earlier albums which is a great tone. Really creamy makes those runs really mesh but its not so over driven you cant make out the notes. Honestly bud this is G3 level stuff. Reslly well done.
