Xbox had the best conference this year in terms of exciting reveals. It was great in that aspect but they continue to prove I don't need an Xbox. Everything I was excited about wasn't an exclusive.

+FringyGamming my PC game library is a bit empty. Any suggestion for a decent mmorpg or RPG? What are these times we live in when auto correct doesn't recognize the term mmorpg?

This was my favorite E3 in quite a few years..a lot of my "dreams" and games that I've been waiting for a decade (like DMC 5) to my most anticipated game since it was announced (Cyberpunk 2077) to Sekiro, Metro Exodus, Dying Light 2 and many more.

I really dont see what draws people to the division. Its one of the weakest shooters (Literally and figuratively) I have ever played, Brink had better shooting mechanics than that game. The world is trying to set a gritty serious real world tone while you have ridiculous loot bosses, bullet sponge grunts, and weapons that scale damage within the same caliber. Its easy to fix all these things but It seems none of the playerbase cares for any of that. I understand sieges popularity way more than I do the Divisions.

TBH PC gamers are the ones that win the most out of E3, just count them: -to mech game on the switch -mario party -smash bross -ghost of sushima -last of us 2 -spiderman -death stranding 7 games, out of all the was anunced on E3 in all conferences just 7 games wont be coming to PC.

Hyped for Kingdom Hearts 3, Resident Evil 2, Ghost of Sushima, Last Of Us Part II and Spider-man. I gave up on Assassin's Creed. And I also have a ton of 2017 games to play.

They didnt show gameplay for ES6 because it just started production but you’re right about Starfield, they confirmed it is a playable state and probably could have had a bit shown off. Overrall I don’t think the Bethesda conference was too bad but you do have a point that they don’t need a whole conference at least until they grow to become a bigger publisher

Honestly I thought MS had a pretty solid conference but I would put Nintendo above MS's simply because Nintendo showed more games that I was personally interested in, and the majority of titles Nintendo had shown were either coming this year or exclusive. For example Mario and Rabbids DK Adventure was shown during Ubisoft's conference. Starlink and it's starfox crossover were shown during Ubisoft's conference as well. Octopath Traveller was shown during Square's conference so I think if they had shown again during Nintendo's conference I would have felt it too was bloated like Bethesda's conference. Nintendo's conference also as you pointed out showed extensive gameplay. I would have liked to have seen Bayonetta 3 or Prime 4. But I don't really hold it against them because I wasn't expecting it to be honest. I kind of figured we wouldn't see them because they were still early in development. I think it's a trend at E3 where games are shown/announced too early. FFVII remake? That was revealed a few years ago now and still nothing. Shenmue 3? Same thing. So Nintendo had one title screen for Prime 4 last year while Bethesda and MS had several. MS showed a title screen of sorts for Halo Infinite. Bethesda had a title screen for Doom Eternal, and ES VI which we know are not going to be out anytime soon. The PC conference was abysmal. I realize they show a lot of indies which stand to benefit from the stage time. However what made it odd is that big PC titles like Total War: Three Kingdoms, World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, and the upcoming Post Scriptum (Itself an indie game made by 8 people focusing on 40 v 40 WWII online battles) were all missing in action. EA's conference was a complete shit show. Easily the worst of not only this E3, but perhaps the worst i've seen period.

What about Sony blocked crossplay on Fortnite? People were not happy and they were angry at Sony.

I have seen completely different reviews for all of the conferences. It literally has come down to what games people actually play from these companies. If I see X from the conference, it gets huge points. Showing so little has set them up to come out pretty equal in the publics eyes. But we all lose in the end. Because how many E3 promises will be fulfilled to our actual expectations?

I don’t know if I’ll be buying anything from EA anytime soon. Lately they’ve just made mistake after mistake, and it’s pretty clear that they are desperately trying to save face. From the disaster that was Battlefront 2 to the overwhelmingly negative response to Battlefield 5’s reveal and their idiotic response to criticism of that game, EA has pretty much dug themselves into a deep hole. Judging by their E3 presentation, it seems like they aren’t getting out of that hole anytime soon.

The new Devil May Cry is definitely gonna be good, he's got white hair now. Because white hair = good game. /s

I thought the Ubisoft conference was the worst BY FAR. I mean maybe if you're rating the shows on the theoretical quality of the games they show that might release, I could see how Ubisoft did alright. But as far as a produced live show goes, I have seen preschool plays more organized and better executed than that abortion of a presentation.

I dunno who even plays sports games. Ah well, I have Baldur's Gate III to look forward at least.

Cyberpunk 2077 actually has me worried. There is a whole bunch of shit being slung from current and former employees about the game, in that they leads have no idea what kind of game to make it, and closed demoes don't have a great track record. Other than that, yeah E3 was weird. Starlink looks cool and the Starfox content for Switch is a cool incentive for Nintendo fans, the Donkey Kong dlc for Mario + Rabbids was neat too, Death Stranding is basically gonna be "Bitchwork with spoopy shit" the game, Nintendo getting Fortnite (playing it, it's aight) and Hollow Knight was a nice surprise, and yeah Smash looks fucking fun as hell and my jaw dropped too.

EA burned the bridge when they closed Visceral Games. I loved Dead Space ever since the first game and it's been abandoned by EA. The same with Crysis.
