Honestly, that's a tough question to answer. It really depends on the size and how "premium" the furnishings are. For Tait12 in this video, the 1 bedroom show unit is not for sale. They did not give a price. The 2 bedroom show unit was sold without disclosing the final negotiated price. Unfurnished units at this condo are: 1 bedroom: 67 - 68sqm, 20.4m - 23.1m thb 2 bedroom: 79 - 119sqm, 27.2m - 43.7m thb I can give another example of another condo of a similar caliber to Tait 12 where the unfurnished 50-55sqm 1 bedrooms sell for 18-19m thb and the show unit versions of them sell for 19-22m thb. Conclusion: "a few million more" is a good rule of thumb.

Simple fact is that SEA is just too hot and humid for some people. Having to run from one air con sanctuary to the next is not enjoyable.

You do get used to it. I do outdoor Crossfit all the time. Plus at this time of the year, the weather in Bangkok is actually perfect in the mornings and evenings.
