Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for the Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program at Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan.

Lahore mein check up aur operation ya phr online consultation kliay hum say whatsapp number +923216303551 par sirf message kar kay rabta karein.(No messages or call between 9pm to 7am). Hmara whatsapp number hmari har video ki description mein diya gaya hai but sirf whatsapp messages kar kay rabta karein. Call bilkul nahin karni plz. Yaad karwany kliay Miss call bhi na karein. Very well explained and useful information. Sir I'm have this issue since 4 weeks but it is not healing. I was using Anovate cream and below medicines Pentocid L Augmentin Levofloxacin Signoflam Syrup movicol Could you please advise me which medicine should I take or is should continue above medicines. hey Doc, thanks for these videos, I am 30 years old. I had fissure few years back and it became chronic and that place has a sentinel pile, recently I got fissure again on a new place but it got healed by ointments, I wanted to ask should I go for sentinel pile removing surgery because sometimes its quite painful but my surgeon may recommend both LIS and sentinel pile remove surgery and i dont want to go for LIS, do you think going for sentinel pile surgery may cause anal stenosis type situation and it may create new fissures ?

You can leave this sentinel pile as such cuz it doesn't cause any problem except psychologically it doesn't feel good. You can have it or get it removed. As for as anal stenosis is concerned LIS doesn't cause it whatsoever. It only occurs in sone cases of haemorrhoidectomy not in LIS.

Ziada use karna bhi sahi nahin. Ispaghol to lamby arsy tak use kar sakty hain magar tablets aur syrups doctor ko check karwa kar use karni chahiay

Lahore mein check up aur operation ya phr online consultation kliay hum say whatsapp number (+923216303551) par sirf message kar kay rabta karein.(No messages or call between 9pm to 7am). Hmara whatsapp number hmari har video ki description mein diya gaya hai but sirf whatsapp messages kar kay rabta karein. Call bilkul nahin karni plz. Yaad karwany kliay Miss call bhi na karein. Hum free ho kar bari bari har messages ka reply krty hain.

بہت شکریہ آپ کا۔ بہت ھی عمدہ انداز میں آپ نے بیان کیا۔مجھے بھی 12oclock پر اینل فشر ھے۔9 مہینہ ہو چکے ھیں پر ذخم ٹھیک نہیں ہو رہا۔اب آپریشن ضروری ھے یا احتیاط سے ٹھیک ہو سکتا ھے؟ڈاکڑر نے تو آپریشن ھی لکھا ھے۔

Agar kisi general surgeon nay surgery ka kaha hai to surgery karwana boht zruri hai warna bewari aur problems donon barh jaein gy. But first have check up and decision from General Surgeon
