I was just blown away by what Kyle did here. Just incredible. Still, I was convinced I could duplicate what we saw here. So, I watched this twice to study his form, then I sat up similar conditions. On my second attempt, SUCCESS ! I threw my hat as far as Kyle !! In fact, I "think mine actually went further ! Sadly, a camera malfunction prevented video evidence of the accomplishment, but the satisfaction is still there. - Great video !

@@colors6692 this has to be the most retarded thing someone has ever said. if anything this might be just as hard as golf itself. you probably cant even hit the ball straight swinging softly let alone swinging out of your shoes like these guys have to do. kyle is also an amazing golfer dont bash the sport.

He said 385 was short?! These guys are not from planet earth. I can't even imagine flying a golf ball 385 yards, and he got basically no roll. That is insane to think someone can hit a ball that far. He is crazy athletic.

I used to be able to drive it a tonne.. I never got any meaningfull coaching, I hit the fence on a 300 yard range a couple of times.. never knew that long drive competitions was a thing, hitting the fence on 300 yard range means it's going minimum 30 yards further after a bounce. I wonder would an extra 50-60 yards have been within grasp with decient coaching. Live in Ireland so long drive isn't a thing here. Too old now can't get the power I used to.

@@Aliens-Are-Our-Friends2027 in this video, he missed the world's biggest fairway with 50% of his shots 😂🥱 yeah it's impressive, but they're not having to aim for anything, which probably adds 50 yards onto their shot. Rory McIlroy is hitting 330 yard drives on fairways 30% of the size 👀

I was swinging 134mph club head speed and hitting 340-360y consistently and thought I was fast until I played against a guy swinging 145mph. It's humbling to hit it so far only to be 40-60 yards behind on the 2nd shot. The ball disappearing that quickly on the first tee as I watched told me it was going to be a long day. I just looked down the fairway at some dark green trees hoping I could see the ball drop, but that didn't even help.

im one of the guys who advocated and pioneered both feet flat in the late '80s and said the adage of driver show but for dough was incorrect and sure enough John Daly comes around and proves my point. I qualified at remax in pennsylvania with a 329....up hill, with a 44" stock big bertha in 97-98 i think it was. I finished 3rd and couldn't make it to the next national qualifier to go to vegas. I doubt i would have made it to vegas on my best day but you never know. I never seen anyone out drive me at a range, but i was only 5'9" 190-200lbs, always benching 300 etc etc. But a few years back, I theorized someone would come along and solve the strength equation for swinging out of your shoes, which is the only problem with 2 flat feet, so players had no choice but to build up stronger legs and since less need for tremendous wrist power because it's more of a center core strength move, then with strength in the legs, some shoulder and chest and bicep strength needs to go with it to produce a steady platform at the top to work with the stronger legs at the bottom and both combined produces a center core that must remain stable and typically will because of the flat feet but since it's not exactly mechanically efficient and is in fact the strength move, the wasted energy in inertia has to go somewhere and no matter how strong you are, once you get back to 9:00, if you're not squatting strong, then you're really going to have to be fighting to not swing out of your own shoes and that's why you need strong legs because of the downforce when starting the forward swing and thus you squat but you have to clear vertically at the same time or else your club head is going to hit the ground first, but it's all very natural and that's the beauty of it but you just need strength because you will vertically straighten up whether you want to or not because of the inertia and if your legs happen to be weak that day and therefore not timing or squat correctly which is rare because like I said it is a very natural motion if you are logically trying to be strong in the movement so of course it favors more athletic types and if you are athletic then it comes natural. .....but I've seen even Sergio Garcia once swing out of his left shoe and he got so mad, and it doesn't surprise me because Sergio has the same thing in common with us old school long drivers and that is our 9:00 pretty much doesn't exist because the hands get to where the right thigh is and yet the club head is still pointing up towards 10 and 11:00 and no matter how much you straighten up you will be creating a lot of up Force in the upper body because inertia is driving you upward, and now you need strong wrists if you're going to hit any type of higher trajectory which Sergio does not and neither did I, and how Sergio can consistently do that at a high level on the PGA tour is insane. But now I see you came along and solved the problem with the old school heel toe move which is not for strength but if anyone were to try it you will see how you start the backswing and lift the left heel up, which is the heel toe move that you see with the old school PGA players like Jack Nicklaus and so forth and with that move you eliminate the up and down inertia forces but of course you don't create as much swing Force and then you need more wrist strength to create power because you cannot have something for nothing because the heel toe move produces stability and therefore more consistent accuracy. So, it doesn't surprise me that your 9:00 is still a very angled V towards 10:00 just on the cusp of really opening up because your hands are not in front of your right thigh and that's pretty incredible, so you have a stutter step move with the left foot to help clear the runway that is created well before 7:00 and 8:00 and that's great because even your Miss hits are not Yanks and shoves but the difference is, your misses especially if it's a yank doesn't go quite as far as somebody like myself who has yanked it once 400 yds, because in the positions that you create I would say it's impossible for you to yank it..... with the positions that you create I don't think you produce anything worse than a slightly weaker type Miss because I doubt that you miss it a giant pop up or a scorching grass burner...... I've never seen anybody with hands so high and a steep V at 10:00 like that before, your wrists and hands must be very strong I imagine because it's as if your wrists are in front of your forearms and swivel with the shaft outside of your forearms kind of no different than those golf swing machines that you see. obviously you still need a lot of strength overall because you're not fighting up and down inertia but to keep your hands high like that means that you still need to hang back and that's probably why you do that rock step motion before you start your backswing and I guess it makes sense that you're creating a forward sway motion and at the same time this is where you start your backswing because that shaft is bending severely on your take back in which if you used a medicus, it would be pretty hilarious if the makers of it were there and I as well to point out that their little training gimmick is stupid and all reality it's only good for people who for some reason cannot rotate the club in unison with the start of the swing and forward through. most long drivers can play golf pretty decent but I bet my life that you are well above average as far as that group is concerned. Interesting, thanks, congratulations but I got to be honest and I know you will admit that it's not the same as the old schoolers because out of five shots they're going to hit at least three that suck and that can get very daunting when you're trying to nail one with a hard bullseye to either stay alive or win, one with your swing, it's not really so much a question of staying on the grid but just getting the timing right and letting it go instead of us old schoolers having to really crank it and dig deep within the core and time that snap just right because I'll tell you what I know my best cannot out drive your best but my best will destroy you when you're not at your best because I have had days where I have just cranked them absolutely dead straight and they just keep going and going and going and that happens maybe once every few months but even with irons I remember there were times but very rare, that I would nuke a five iron 220 and stick it on a green within a few feet of it landing....... I imagine that's what Tiger woods does like all the time because as incredible as you are Tiger woods is out of this world and I seen him one time live and while all the pros would hit a trajectory similar to mine except mine would be a little bit lower, all of a sudden tiger steps up to the tee with a driver where everybody else was using a three wood and the first thing the golf ball does at impact from my visual point of view and I'm exaggerating somewhat but not that much, his golf ball would go straight up in the air as if I we're hitting a 9 iron and by sheer luck I visually caught a rotation of the golf ball where I saw the lettering rotating perfectly vertical and slow..... nobody on that course that whole day hits something with that effect on it that he does like all the time and that was back in 96 at the Pebble Beach pro am where Mark o Mara won and tiger hit the second shot from the rough on 18, a high draw three wood and I was right there and watched that ball from behind them draw through the air, the timing of that shot with the club head Mass driving through it was an incredible shot and they used to show it in his highlight reels, there is no swing that you can produce in that spot that gets the club head and the slot ahead of time, a PGA tour professional is a pretty sick individual as far as skill goes but tiger is sicker than you and what I see you do tiger cannot do, so you're pretty sick, I don't know why I'm bringing up tiger, but I guess it's because you're positions in your golf swing and how it produces that consistency, is really really sick, and just like tiger, he too has sick moves but in so many different facets, and so to be sicker than you is pretty sick and I guess that goes to show how sick you are because what you do laugh out loud is really sick and most people just don't understand other than your result but I couldn't care less about your result, because what you create in those positions basically has no choice but to produce that result and that's absolutely sick when considering all the force and power you create and even sicker when considering stabilization. watch out for your left knee dude, I don't know how long you can keep that up so whatever you do don't be a dummy like tiger and go out and start drinking alcohol and don't take no long layoffs, or else you're going to break that son of a bitch.

People that don't play golf, may not realize how much energy is expended on a drive. Your 200+bpm heart rate is indicative of that. The rocking motion on the stance, so as to max on the shifting of your weight upon ball contact is really interesting. I don't think I have ever saw that before. What was the club head speed?
