The most emotional part is when it says that the uncle is partially blind and he is trying to read the paper and the card Milo wrote to him. The last two times he blinks the image gets blurrier. I cried so hard.

They don't know in the show that they are siblings but it's canon they are since they both have the same mom. It's a great show I would recommend watching

Which is his biological uncle (it;s kinda hard to explain in this comment). the girl from this is home is named Io. Uncle Fran is milo's father's twin. So he is his biological twin. Milo's father passed away due to lung cancer. Read the webtoon "a plant called Milo". It explains a lot!
