Anand Stall for Dosa - Located not far from Juhu Beach in Mumbai serves over 64 different types of dosas. It’s a visual spectacle to see hardworking men cooking out dosas using a giant Iron Tawa. It's like watching a dosa making machine.

Always south Indian Dosa's are ultimate. U will even find more tastier dosa's then this even in a very small and tiny shops in cities of south like chennai, madurai, coimbatore etc..

I am a north Indian , I have served a south indian firm for more than 4 years, I had idli/dosas at lot of my boss's house Tamil/Malyali/Andhra guys every one had some peculiar taste and each one of them was awesum much better than Mumbai , kolkata, rajasthan or any other place's preparation even of very popular thela walas

South Indian masala dosa is little different than this type masala dosa ,we only use red chutney has paste(red chutney is also used in some places not in every place ) on dosa and aloo palya with chutney and sambar 😘

Make it at home. It’s much healthier to make it at home. You just need to soak idli rice and skinless dal, then ground them with water smooth, and ferment 8 hrs. It needs time to plan and prepare as the batter needs to ferment but nothing labor intensive actually. Same as idly batter.
